Cozy and hidden, atmosphere was cozy and chill, very great lighting inside the restaurant, not too bright, and not too dim.
Perfect to bring a date, or group of friends.
Parking lot available in the front.

Food was excellent. The tiramisu waffles was great, warm waffle combined with the tasty tiramisu was an experience.

Burnt basque cheesecake....truly felt like an ice cream as it just melts in your mouth, sometimes even before it reaches your mouth because you stare at it too long while it is on your spoon

Liked the ambience, though there is only 2 tables that can hold 4 person. The rest are window seats, bar seats and one corner seats.

The waffles we ordered were pretty tasty, one of which is the savoury type.

Bonus: There is collared cat that loiters around the cafe and might sneak into the cafe which it did 😂

Lovely cafe, tucked away in an alley. They have a very interesting drinks menu. We ordered a signature drink called Dark Paradise and loved the way it was presented. Felt like drinking a fancy cocktail. Also, it tasted great, like melted chocolate with oranges and cinnamon. Yum! Highly recommend stopping by for a drink here.

A lil bit hidden but it was worth it! So cozy. Coffee was soo delicious, tastes woody but not too bitter. Just to my liking. Ice-cream was HEAVEN!!!!! Waffle too!! Just by thinking about it now makes me miss this place.
The staffs were pretty friendly especially the guy. He was so attentive to us and one of the customers. Came here during weekdays, soooo nice when the place is not crowded.
Very aesthetic and standard cafe price which is not too expensive like China House's. Should've tried the tiramisu, heard it's really yummy!

Awesome drinks and nice waffle. Skip the hot cocoa though, it's not milk. Parking is a beach and the road in is a dead end. At night the lighting's turn into some discotechque of blue hue to set the mood for alcohol I guess.

We had the Go go coco, citrus passion waffles and a tiramisu for tea. The waffles were crunchy and soft in the inside and the combination for the dessert was good. But, the cafe was small and there’s only limited seats available. Just a tip for everyone that the cafe was located inside, so do walk through the small alley and you’ll find the cafe.

The waffles are good but I love their tiramisu the most. Drinks were also surprisingly good (wide selections on the menu is definitely a plus point). Oh and cocktails not to be missed if you're up for a drink. Last but not least, it's very instagrammable indeed!

This is a beautiful, hidden cafe away from the main streets. The lighting gets very dim in the evening which adds a charm to the environment with its minimal, notable lighting. The tea that I had, the silver tip, is smooth and tasteful. The music choice is the best part. It adds a retro feeling to the part which complement the lighting very well.

Great hospitality, offered me a glass of water even before I started ordering my food. I’m not a coffee drinker, was surprised they have a nice selection of tea options too. If alcohol is your thing, why don’t you check out their alcoholic tea and coffee cocktails? Dessert was delicious, I went for double.

Small venue in a small alley behind the famous OO white Coffee. It only fit a small group of people. Comfy surrounding.

We tried their famous tiramisu
The tiramisu has a rather thick sponge cake at the bottom which was left plain. The whole was in a bitter side with noticable liquer taste. Perfect for those who doesn't like sweet.

Apple crumble pancake suprisingly good! Didn't plan to order that because this was supposed to be a quick stop before lunch. Ended by finish everything 😆. They ran out vanilla ice cream and changed it with earl grey. Love it!

Osmanthos alishan tea was refreshing. You can refill!

Jane blush was pretty and refreshing.

Ps: their cat just gave birth to 4 cute kittens! I wonder if they will let the kitten wander around inside the cafe would be a plus! Haha

Kindly recommended to try their signature winey tiramisu, waffle and variety range of tea.

Situated at Georgetown. Air conditioned. Waiters and waitresses are friendly and polite. Food is nice and tasty. The waffle is a must-try. Although carpark is a big issue but highly recommended.

Came here while running errands. The cafe is so soothing to the soul, food was good and lighting is so good, definitely instagram worthy. Pancakes definitely takes awhile to prepare but well worth the wait. You can see how delish it look, and it taste as good as it looks, sweet and savoury.

Amazing waffles and perfect place to work. WiFi in penang is usually terrible but in this cafe it's super fast (200 Mbps). The password is #wearethenorm. During the week it's not busy (not sure about the weekend) and there are a few power plugs as well which makes it a great place to get some work done, for you fellow nomads out there.
The cappuccino was quite good and the waffles with rum and raisins ice cream was excellent!

Visited Norm twice - first time was for cocktails which were very nice. The Smokey Soapberry cocktail was really refreshing and had a unique taste due to the Lapsang Souchong tea

The second time we visited we had iced black and pasta. The pasta was very flavourful and highly recommend.

Cafe environment is nice and well designed. Food is delicious as well. Some of the tables and sitting places get quite hot during the noon when the sun strikes down from the transparent roofing.

Very friendly service, quite a new cafe but the drinks are unique. Not only do they have coffee with liquor or spiked chocolate drinks, they have spiked tea too. Lighting was very purple so pictures are not so clear. Rum and raisin sundae was amazing, dark chocolate sundae is not bad. Midnight mocha was really good.

Great looking minimalistic cafe with helpful staff and refreshing drinks. Love the style and love the taste. I went for the "make me blush" because I wanted something fruity rather than milky. Has hints of rose and almond, maybe a touch of bitters. Also happens to be caffeine free for those that prefer that.

The citrus waffles were simply amazing! The waffles crispy on the outside, and the flavour balance between the ear grey tea ice cream and the passionfruit / oranges we're perfect. Would have liked to order a cocktail, but felt they were a little on the steep end. I did order the root beer which was another winner with the rum & raisin ice cream drenched in rum and root beer.

Nice place to sit, chill and chat! Love the waffles and tiramisu! The citrus one s super yummy!
