Hidden Bar

This hidden bar is amazing. It looks like an ordinary shop in the neighborhood, but inside this premise is a very chinese style setting and ornaments all over the wall and ceiling. A lot of alcohol drink selections, with a very cool chinese drinking pot from the old days. The live music plays from the mezzanine is something that you can rarely see else where. Recommended

The hidden bar. It’s also the first bar that ask me to take a covid rapid test before entering, they sell the kits at 3myr each, am fine with the arrangement though since it protects the guests and staff
The bar is really quite hidden and hard to find unlesss you really know where you are going, the real bar is behind a panel door behind the front shop.
Once inside the interior is nice and I really like the drinks
Also not sure who are the singers but the male singer that night was super!!!

Not an alcoholic drinker due to bitter after taste. But this drink amazingly taste very sweet! Maybe because of the redbull. I really love it! Gonna order this drink if i come here again. I think this drink name is Hidden Gem. CMIIW

Nice ambience and the price was alright. Management gave free pint even though promotion have not started and also gave free finger food to go along. Will come back again if I am in Penang. Highly recommended.
I went back 4 years as promised. Great improvement to the ambience and the menu. However, it would be great of the staff can tell us the promotion in advance as we order three buckets of beer separately but was not able to enjoy the promotion. This ruined the whole experience as a returning customer.

Found this place while exploring Google maps. And I was not disappointed.. The entrance was hidden behind a seemingly closed shop. Nice ambient with good cocktails..

Very cool bar, a bit hard to find but that’s the charm. Great cocktails made in ornate and unique pottery. Truly a special experience.

Only bar worth visiting in Penang... Wish that they will make the place smoke free though

Found this place on google maps. Had the Margarita which was fresh and not too sweet and the Honeycomb Old Fashioned which was also well balanced. Overall solid.

Update: The drinks are strong. Can’t say the same of other bars. Also, I really appreciate the use of local ingredients.

Very nice little bar that features a traditional Chinese style setting, it also offers great cocktails using local ingredients. It is a bar that is definitely worth checking out if you are in Penang. The entrance to the bar is truly worth the name hidden bar as the look of the entrance can be deceiving to most but once inside you are greeted with a pretty spacious area.

They've got a great band here as well that starts at 9pm. Really good ambience. Wpuld be back!

Service improve greatly from the last time i came, the cocktail got better too. But do take note that they only open at 8pm and not 6pm. Tho they allow you to come in and sit first
