We came for a quick visit with three other families and had a fantastic time.

We found the restaurants to be high quality. With a group of 11 and a variety of dietary requirements, we still had no problem finding plenty of excellent food. In particular, the poolside seafood paella was unexpectedly awesome.

They also did a great job with the included bar service - waits were short and the drinks were very good.

Adults and college students alike had a fun time, and we are looking forward to returning sometime down the road.

The rooms are beautiful and very well maintained as well as the grounds. The wait staff, concieerge and bartenders are wonderful at providing you with great service. The buffet  is very good they have wonderful food and service. our concierge Vladimir was very helpful. You will not go wrong booking your next vacation here.  I will be going back!

It was the best time! Special shout out to Franco, he was top notch excellent entertainer!! All of the staff were super friendly. The 3 ladies that did our hair did amazing jobs! The waitstaff at every restaurant was excellent. Rudy at Snake Bar excellent bartender.

I took my two daughters who are 16 & 13. We had a wonderful time!! The pool party with foam was our favorite!! Everything is easily accessible and close enough to walk to. We met a staff member named Julian and he helped to make our trip amazing!! Such a kind young man... always had a smile on his face. He enjoyed his job and it showed!!!

We have stayed at this hotel several times- Jorge Gonzalez at the concierge is fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure we had dinner reservations and were all settled in, and addressed all of our questions and concerns, which was so helpful since we arrived early and had to wait until check in for our rooms to be ready. He did it all with a smile and a positive attitude. He also spoke to us a bit about the membership without being pushy. Part of why we have returned so much is because the service has always been phenomenal- during the stay I cannot say that was the same but I think the resort needs more staff like Jorge and needs to take an example from him, honestly.
Otherwise as always wonderful facilities, restaurant, and entertainment. Wished the entertainment team would market the shows a bit more as they’re fantastic but there wasn’t a large turn out this time around (which may be due to the season)

A wonderful family vacation! Family suite was large and clean. Resort is large and has everything you could want. The landscaping is beautiful and having the animals around adds to the experience. Plenty for our kids to do between the pool activities, wave pool, water slides, mall area, beautiful beach and evening shows. The food was very good! So many choices. The steakhouse was by far our favorite! We highly recommend for families and would definitely go back.

Franco is amazing!! Great moves and energetic energy!! Love him! So nice and helpful…. Really made our trip amazing and fun! Definitely an asset!!

Love the Michael Jackson show! So much fun, great energy and sang all the best songs.

Shout out to Franco as the staff entertainment lead. Always a blast and brings all the fun.

This is the best resort ever! Julian was the most amazing host, he always made my family feel comfortable and entertained us the entire time! Highly recommend

Excellent staff, beautiful accommodations, amazing food! Staff here are simply amazing! Lots of fun things to do around the resort for all ages. Staff are always nearby and ready to lend a hand or make helpful suggestions. Everything and everyone here has so far exceeded all my expectations!

Awesome place! Would go back. (Family of 4: 12 yr & 17 yr boys ) Carlos was very helpful & super nice. Had a few issues but they resolved them quickly.
Suggestions for resort management:
1. Resort should buy lazy river rafts in bright colors all the same and tag them do not remove from lazy river. After 3 days we had to complain to get a raft since people kept them at their chairs.
2. If a dinner reservation is canceled the resort should send an alert or email via the app. Someone from the resort canceled ours in error but the resort fixed it after several calls. Luckily I checked before we went down because the resort said they were full. As a customer the 1st thing you do is book the reservation for the meals if you don’t want buffet all week.
3. If something is broken like the wave pool the resort should let Guest know at check in or note that on the app. Had to ask.
4. After someone does the “timeshare” presentation the resort should mark the band some how so they are not asked over and over. This will also help the resort target the ones who never did the presentation.
5. If the resort is not able to collect luggage on time at departure please let the guest know. We waited but no one came to collect our luggage & the elevator is broken. (Please fix the elevator ASAP as older guess struggled on the steps)

Over I highly recommend and think you will have a blast if you go. Loved the place!

We came here looking for some great entertainment and we sure found it! We all had such a fun time singing karaoke. We loved the environment! Lilly and Julian treated us so well. 5/5 recommend coming here!

Franco was the most personable and kind host at the resort. He made a point to interact with everyone. We enjoyed his presentation and company. Lili was also wonderful and made my daughter get up on stage and danced with her. She will remember Lili forever. Amazing memories thanks to both of these people.

This is the first time that my family and I stay in an all-inclusive hotel regularly we go to another chain of resorts but the impression we have about Iberostar is incredible since the place is very large it has incredible pools where children and adults can spend a moment of fun, the food in the Japanese restaurant is delicious one of my favorites and what to say about the Under the sea the decoration is phenomenal since we were also able to see a show while we were having dinner and our children were very happy, we must highlight the kindness of the entertainment staff especially to Franco who assisted us with information about the events and activities, we also met Diego, Malú, Angie, Alex and Marcos. All of them very friendly and always with a smile. Our favorite moment the foam party was incredible, we can really say that we will return again next year.

First off I would like to give thanks to Daniel (Franco) - I’ve been coming to this resort since 2019 and he’s always made this resort feel like home! One of the best entertainers and staff the hotel has! No complaints on the resort, I will always be a returning guest. Exceptional service, great food, great environment 10/10!

I would rate this 100/10 if at all possible. Staying here is a slice of heaven, I never in a million years imagined I would experience such a magnificent vacation. Every single day oozed luxury and comfort. Absolutely no expense was spared by the staff, and I cannot express in words how amazingly beautiful my stay was. Awe inspiring to say the absolute least. Wow

Joshua our concierge at the Maya Rivera did a great job with giving us tips where to go , with the reservations. Over all he made our visit a best time one.
I would also want to mention about one person Ms. Maria in the food section. She went an extra mile to make us feel special and took care to know to make vegetarian meals for me and my family. She is doing her job well.

Heaven on earth!!! Food was out of this world. Excellent entertainment. You will not need to leave the resort for anything. There are activities for all ages.
I truly enjoyed the buffets more than I enjoyed the restaurants. The variety and quality of food was phenomenal. There are options of vegetarians and even picky eaters.
One of my fondest memories was at the LA Marina buffet where the staff member brought fresh tender coconut water upon our request and even gave us scrapped coconut from inside it. It was so sweet of them.
I also enjoyed all the tropical fruits like perfect guava, passion fruit, watermelon etc.
We went in the winter so the pools were pretty cold but the beach was perfect temperature and a beautiful green turquoise color!!! You can stand in the beach without going under water for a good 20 ft far into the ocean. I also loved the beach zumba, it's on of the best activities. In my opinion the hibachi wasn't as tasty but it's good entertainment. Under the Sea was great. The Maya building that we stayed at (62) was renovated and was very comfortable. Also the taqueria in shopping center was excellent!!! Overall I would happily stay here again.

I would like to begin this review mentioning the staff … this resort would not have the success they have without their employees! Not only do they take pride in all they do, but service is also their top priority! They strive for their guests to have the best experience possible.
The lobby has an inviting scent, a little overpowering, but very spa-like. We were thankful for Alex and how welcoming he made me, and my husband feel. The property is massive, that said, expect lots of walking. The shuttle carts are extremely helpful and can ease the load off when their guests need a break. The app was also helpful to locate shuttle carts, route your destinations through the resort, make dinner reservations, and so much more! The app can be a bit confusing at first, however we had it figured out by the second day. The chat function is also a wonderful option, guest service is most helpful!
Wi-Fi was consistent throughout the whole property, the rooms were clean and tidy, food and drinks were top-notch, and the wildlife on the property adds a special touch to the resort. My husband and I enjoy premium liquor options and were able to find something we both liked within our wheelhouse of spirits. The only complaint we had about the resort was the lack of following their rules. For example, we both were intrigued to have the option of an intimate dinner with no screaming babies or loud children. We found a restaurant with a rule of no children under the age of twelve, unfortunately they overlooked that rule and our intimate dinner was anything but.
My husband is a hard ball and Daniel was extremely patient with our questions, concerns, and fears before choosing to become a Club Member with this resort. Daniel was personable, helpful, showed concern, and cared … He was amazing and truly is an asset to this company. Thank you, Daniel, for making our stay unforgettable.
