Our trip would never have happened without this amazing team. Hamzah, Ramzi, Doaa, Abu Ramzi, Raed provided us with not only great tour experience, they also welcomed us with open arms. They were so hospitable that they invited us to their family home for dinners and sharing great stories about Jordan. From visa processing to the tour experience throughout the country, the team made this 9-day trip a dream come true for us (since our passports are categorised as one of the restricted countries). Shukran Artist Tour and we will definitely be back 😊

An absolutely amazing service.
Kalid came from a friend's recommendation, so I connected with him while I was still planning my trip to Jordan.
Kalid provided recommendations throughout my entire trip, along with transport throughout the country.
While on my trip, all of the drivers were great and very informative about the area; they acted as both guides and transportation. Artist Tours even provided shuttles to and from my hotel to Petra, along with recommendations throughout the city, which was quite convenient for someone who didn't know much about the area.

The trip was just excellent. We were all very surprised by all that Jordan has to offer in terms of its history, its culture, its gastronomy or the generosity of its inhabitants.

We were able to have a tailor-made trip for our small group of 5. The whole Artist tour team was available to adapt the trip to our needs.
We just have to follow the program and enjoy the places and the landscapes. Hotels, meals, van transportation and guides were all managed by the wonderful team.

My mom had a little health problem and Mr. Abu Ramzi was very responsive and did everything to make her feel much better.

I think the big difference that the artist tour team has to offer is their accessibility, like having a person on the phone from the moment you arrive at the airport until the moment you arrive at the airport to leave, or feeling welcome in a great friendliness and generosity at all times of the trip.
We made some changes during the trip to follow the health of our parents, and the team was always very good advice to offer us the best service.

We are looking forward to coming back to Jordan with the rest of our family and we will use Artist tour with great pleasure.

Starting with the very first emails and WhatsApp messages, we could feel that we are lucky to be dealing with someone who is very professional, helpful, respectful and easily matches what we ask for.
Hamza and Ms. Doaa were just so exceptional, from the very start; precise, helpful, so patient with our questions, and with changes to our plans.
After we finalized the trip to Wadi Rum and Petra, we met Hamza at the border crossing and within a minute felt like we knew Hamza from before. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Everywhere we went we noticed that many people know Hamza.
We had a nice van and a very careful and patient driver, who was also very friendly.
The guides Hamza selected for us in Wadi Rum and Petra were just superb – like Artist Tours.
On top of all that was superb, from planning organization to the actual touring, there was a feeling of magic. Yes, good old fashioned feelings of magic in the air.
We got the contact from friends who raved about Hamza and Artist Tours – and we are now most happy to continue to pass this on to readers of this review.

We had searched too many companies but couldnt decide on any of them. We found this agency when we were walking to our hotel. Hamza and his team were very helpful and the prices were more reasonable. We went to Wadi Rum on a private daily tour with my husband from Petra. Our driver/guide Abdulaziz was beyond our expectations. He knows every trick on photographing, very friendly, hospitable, joyful, but not informal. He used the time very effectively and did his best for us to enjoy the tour. Besides all the greatness and favors of the tour, we earned a very nice friend in Jordan.

Ray was so awesome. We planned a last minute trip from Tel Aviv to Petra and Wadi Rum and Amman. He planned it in 24 hours and arranged everything for us two people. It was incredible. One flat rate to get us past the border and hotels and private car. The driver was awesome. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend the company. And he gave us a souvenir personalized mug also!

Nous avons été avec mes sœurs en Jordanie pour fêter l'anniversaire de mariage de mes parents qui voulaient voire Petra.
Nous avons fait appel à Artist tours car ils sont locaux et nous avons bien fait, non seulement ils ont une sacré maîtrise de leur pays et les meilelurs moyens pour le découvrir mais aussi ils savent être à l'écoute, et adapter le programme selon notre envie et parfois la fatigue de nos parents.
Nous avons fait la Jordanie du nord au sud en 10 jours. Nous avons fait Amman, la mer morte, Petra, petite petra, wadi Rum et alakaba dans des superbes hôtels et nous avons été à chaque fois attendu par le chauffeur qui nous accompagnait du matin au soir. Sur site nous avions un guide qui nous faisait la visite.
