Petra Canyon Hotel

My experience at the hotel was one of the best. The hotel is nice and comfortable, smells beautiful and refreshing, the food is very delicious, the view is wonderful, and the service is outstanding. It deserves 5 stars.

I stayed with a group of 4 people in the Petra Canyon Hotel for one night and enjoyed my time there very much. The rooms are really beautiful, quite and large. The bed was very comfortable and in my room was a smart TV, so that I could watch YouTube.
The food was excellent, although there was no omelete-service in the morning. One thing that is kind a tricky are the elevators. One would go from the reception up to floor 5, the other would go from the dining room - ground 0 up to floor 5. I stayed in floor 4 and had to take the second elevator in order to reach the restaurant, but could take the other on. Needless to say that the "restaurant-elevator" was blocked/extremely busy during dinner and breakfast time.
All in all it is a five-star evaluation in my opinion.
They also have a swimming pool.

Abdullah faradaj looked after me and wife during our visit and I have to say he was amazing. He was very professional and kind. He made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to help us in what we needed. We will be recommending him to friends and family. He is a credit to the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour, the rooms were a good size, we had a view over the canyon and saw the sun come up. Breakfast was good lots of choices. Had a couple of drinks in the bar friendly staff good selection of juices and hot drinks. Mosab made me an amazing fruit cocktail.

It was a stunning experience.The room was unexpecting very good.The restaurant was so delicious and Mosab was the best.The food was the best from all in our 10 days trip through Jordan.Once again: Congratulation Mosab! Well apportioned new hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location for Petra but a taxi ride away from the visitor centre.

Definitely the best hotel in Petra. The manager and/or the owner have very nice taste - the hotel is one of the nicely decorated we've ever been to. Plenty of parking spaces, too. We also received a free room upgrade, and the furnishings and the cleanliness - just outstanding. To be able to relax at the outdoor (with a lot of shade) pool, before or after visiting the city of Petra, is a must. Breakfast was plentiful, and we also enjoyed a dinner with a view. Mind you, no alcohol is served at this location, and please don't try the wine substitute. Also, if you want to arrange for a tour guide from the hotel, please confirm by requesting the direct number of the guide. Definitely recommended!

Enjoyed this hotel, we found the staff to be very friendly and hospitable. Food was good and the facilities were amazing. Definately recommend this place.

Mosab was very friendly during the buffet, rooms were clean and very decently sized.

A lovely new hotel overlooking petra and a drive away from city centre. Great service, always asking how guests were. Buffet good choice and nice food. Rooms clean and swimming pool looked nice.

I love my stay here! Stayed at this hotel as part of my tour to Petra and this place was a great stop. Clean, spacious rooms with AC and a high end bathroom. Loved having hookah outside and getting an amazing view of the city!

Amazing hotel. It is built into the side of the cliff and has views over the valley. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were incredible. Ahmed, you were a true delight to see at breakfast and dinner. We did not use the pool but was very cute. The hotel is not near Petra but only a 10 min car ride away.
Only complaint was the one young gentleman at the front desk was a little rude but the rest of the staff were amazing.
Really a perfect location to watch the sunset with a cup of coffee.

Can't recommend this hotel enough. Great view, fantastic, spacious rooms and our room had a lounge area and two toilets. Very clean. What's even better is the service. Such friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful. They pride themselves on service. I've been to many places around the world but this has to be one of the best if not the best hotel I've stayed at. Location wise it's not right in the centre but it's a very short taxi ride to Petra. Great value for money aswell. Thank you to all staff and if I came back to Petra I'd definitely stay here again.

We spent one night at Petra Canyon Hotel: what an AMAZING stay!! The staff is really kind and friendly, they helped us with all our queries and requests for suggestions. The room was spacious, comfortable and of fine taste. We had breakfast included and it was delicious!
Bottom line: definitely recommended!

This hotel is amazing! The manager and staff were very pleasant and accommodating to my needs! The manager offered a local to take me to his shop if I wanted to purchase more items, and ensured my safety. The food, decor, and room was great! I would come back here again! The view of Petra was spectacular from my room!

Lovely hotel with stunning decoration and free room upgrade on arrival and free evening meal on our first night! Staff are excellent as well and so is the restaurant. A little bit out of the way for Petra but a short taxi ride will have you there in under 10 minutes. Only stayed here, but I would be surprised if any other hotel in Petra is better.

This hotel is amazing, the staff is super friendly. The hotel had a soft opening and we were lucky to stay here.
The hotel is a bit away from visitor centre but it should not matter. If you walk from the hotel to visitor centre should take around 25 mins. In a car around 7 mins. The view from the hotel is amazing. We were lucky to get an upgrade to a junior suite. We were also lucky to be a part of a special sea food buffet see pics. The breakfast buffet was good. The normal dinner buffet was also good. If you get an offer of a special sea food buffet don’t say no. Each and everyone working at the hotel is very friendly and polite. You can trust the staff if they arrange a trip for you.
If I visit Petra again which I will for sure will stay at this hotel again!!

We book 2 nights at the Petra Canyon Hotel. Very welcoming staff. Spacious hotel, superb room, pleasant swimming pool, good food. The staff is always attentive and very pleasant. We recommend this hotel to stay in Petra 😊
