From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and creativity. What really stood out to me was the unpretentious and laid-back vibe of the place – it felt effortlessly cool and trendy. The service was attentive without being overbearing, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. If you're looking for a spot that offers great food, friendly service, and a relaxed ambiance, this place comes highly recommended. It's a true hidden gem that deserves to be discovered by food lovers everywhere.

Great place to stop by for a dinner! We ordered a 4 course meal, including fish of the day, arctic char, chicken quesadilla and a skyr mousse dessert. Everything was delicious but on a salty side. We enjoyed it. All the dishes were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Staff members were very polite and friendly. Interior design and general atmosphere was excellent.

We came here for dinner and it was amazing. We had the scallop and shrimp taco and then each did the fish four course meal. These chefs are amazing and it was worth every penny. The mixtures of meat, sauces, greens and the dessert were so good. I can’t compliment the chefs enough. Everything was made with care.

As for service, we had three different people help us. I believe it was Alli and Elin who were both so friendly and did great. Alli gave many great local recommendations too. We had a third server who was rather cold to us. Outside of her service, it was perfect. You should visit.

We came here on the last night of our trip to Iceland and it was the perfect end to an amazing trip. We shared 3 of the small plate starters, the soup was incredible. Then we had the fish of the day. Everything was so tasty, would defo recommended here. Staff were friendly and quick service.

I've never posted a review prior to this, but just felt I had to. Every dish was excellent, as was the service.

Amazing lobster soup! Tasty bread that goes with soup. Horse steak was nice. Service was helpful, friendly and not invasive. Appreciate that, cheers! We tried shark in other place, but seems they have it here too.

Find this little gem here in Reykjavík Iceland. It is a tapas restaurant but they call it appetizers. Seriously incredible quinoa mushroom vegan burger. They also had some great smoked salmon and the buffalo cauliflower sandwich is worth trying as well. Nice chill vibe and prices were decent. We met the chef who was from France who was a very cool guy. He helped us find a great road to a beautiful lake. They have a happy hour for beer and wine. Make sure you pay for parking if you are there before 6pm as we got a ticket. The passion fruit sorbet was a nice finish as well.

The best restaurant we’ve tasted so far in Iceland (also because it’s reasonably priced!). I cannot recommend this restaurant more. Everything is seasoned well, and we love the combination of the ingredients on the plate. Although I didn’t ask, I thought they may be primarily locally sourced. We got the four course menu yet didn’t feel stuffed in a horrible way. Perhaps it’s the freshness of the ingredients and styles of cooking, we felt light even after devouring the large portions of desserts! 100% recommend! Servers also incredibly sweet! Taught us some Icelandic!

Fancy Reykjavik food. 100% delicious. The staff was kind and considerate. The atmosphere was quiet and fancy. I will definitely go back when I return to the northern most capital in the world.

Great food and great friendly service on a Sunday evening. The lamb was cooked perfectly, fish was crisp on the outside yet perfect on the inside, the horse steak was delicious and desserts were amazing too. Even my little picky eater cleaned her plate with the salmon and rösti. Definitely worth the recommendation.

After touring around Reykjavik, nothing better than ending the day with a delicious meal, I ordered a 4 course tasting menu with delicious dishes.

Everything was really mouth-watering and the cocktails were even better, the place has a very nice atmosphere and even has a space with a bar if you want to stay and continue having drinks after dinner until 23 pm which is the closing time.

I would also like to highlight the service of the staff, which was at the same level as the chef's work. To eat well in Reykjavik I recommend this place.

Wanted to try some horse meat, we found this place. Server was super friendly. We had duck, the skin was crispy. It was delicious. Horse meat, as I expected, was chewy since horses are so muscular🤣 they cooked the horse in the most perfection way though. It was very good!!

One of the first meals I had in Iceland was with a food tour in Reykjavik here with their horse appetizer. After two weeks going all around Iceland and having some fantastic dishes, our group still vividly remembered the horse dish as one of our favorites.

We came back on our final night to have the 4-course tasting menu with the horse fillet yet again. The entire tasting menu was fantastic and everything we wanted and more.

From the langoustine soup being one of the best seafood soups tried of many across the country, to the beef carpaccio preface before the horse fillet, it could not have been a better meal to have to finish off our long stay in Iceland.

If you have a chance to go here when in Iceland, GO!

Wonderful local hot spot. It is an appetizer bar, with smoked fishes, horse , lots of vegetarian options and can make some dishes vegan if needed. Chef is French, lives here and travels all over Iceland. Great local cuisine. Thank you for the recommendations on where to go! Affordable happy hour drinks.

Amazing. Best cocktail I have EVER had (Grand Crowberries - sub Loki vodka for the gin) and the food was stellar. Excellent vibe and environment. We went back the very next night. Highly recommend.

Like only the best restaurants can, they served me food that I wouldn’t have normally ordered, and yet it blew my mind how good it was. Perfect place to spend New Year’s Eve with my wife. This was our second time here and it never disappoints.

4-dish course for 6000~7000 kronas. It may sound a bit pricey, but it’s seems to be normal here in Iceland. The quality was excellent. All really delicious and well presented. We don’t eat lots, so we shared the 4-dish course between 2 people. The langoustine soup was very rich and tasty. I think that one soup for one person maybe too much salt, though. The scallops were very soft and tasty, and so was the lamb. The parsnip pure in the lamb dish was yummy. We asked to swap the horse dish for lamb in one of the course menus and there was no problem. Really good service.
