Saga Store

I highly recommend this shop. They had a great selection at a low price, all neatly organized. The shop did not feel tight and cluttered like many souvenir shops. They are located in a nice area near a few tourist sights, so they are easy to find. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The shop owner and her employee also went above and beyond to help me out. I had left an item of mine behind by mistake and was unable to make it back to their shop during their open hours to pick it up. They personally delivered it to my hotel. Thank you so much!!

Very nice customer service. Make sure you compare prices when you shop in Iceland because every shop has different prices. This store has reasonable prices and is a lot better than others near it. Check this place out before you go to other shops.

We were here in Saga Store last November 30, 2022 with my Batch mate in High School Batch 89. The Lady who look after us is so helpful and she's so lovely and beautiful..they have everything that i wanted from sounevir to stuff toys like Poppin which i bought for my son. And the Thor Hammer that i been looking for a whole day anywhere in souvenir shop in Iceland i finally found in Saga. Visit Saga Store while you're in Iceland its worth a visit...

Great, a lot cheaper than other places and great honest prices. Would definitely recommend, don’t shop at Shop Icelandic, that place is a scam. This place is great! This is a lot better than other places in Reykjavík

Was visiting Iceland and somehow wandered into this place when walking through Reykavik. This place was AMAZING and had a massive selection! Great sales on T-shirts and gifts for family. The staff was VERY friendly and offered us nothing but friendly, courteous service. IN fact, we bought so many things that they offered free shipping back to the USA for our purchase! I even followed up a week later with the store to make sure my shipments went to the correct location, and they replied shortly afterwards with all the info I needed to locate my shipments which is showing up tomorrow! I DEFINITELY recommend these folks and their stock has a massive variety of fantastic items to buy! Great selection, great location, great staff, and EXCELLENT service!

My husband and I visited Iceland in December and although we didn't see the Northern Lights, we enjoyed and appreciated the country. We wanted to bring back souvenirs for our family and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping trips to Saga Store. Many of the items were handmade. We purchased a Viking hat for our grandson. It's adorable and beautifully crafted. We purchased Christmas ornaments and soft toys. We went to Saga Store twice because it had the biggest selection of unique gifts.
The store was busy and it had such a festive feel to it. It was a fun experience and I highly recommend it.

I wish I could put more stars. If you are in your hotel room or sitting in a restaurant looking at reviews on where to go, please use this review as the reason you visit Saga store. I don't think I will ever be able to repay Olga's kindness. She went above and beyond with ensuring the rock we wanted was shipped for our wedding. I hope my sincere review will reach out across the internet and persuade you to go, because she absolutely deserves more business.

I visited Iceland last year and for me, the Saga Store is the best souvenirs shop in Reykjavik. We visited many shops looking for gifts but Saga was by far my favourite. It wasn't only the great products they had in store, but I found the owner to be so incredibly friendly and generous. Every time we would enter the store to return for more shopping, she would give my children gifts. She was so lovely and so kind and for sure, every future trip we are lucky enough to have to Iceland, we will make a point to visit her store.

My shopping experience at the store was wonderful, but it's what happened later that distinguishes Saga Store. I bought items for shipping to the US, and the package was lost in the mail. Weeks after I was home, I reached out to the store to purchase and ship the items a second time. Olga Edvardsson refused to accept money, and offered to ship a replacement package. She send photos so I could choose the specific (comparable items). She package and re-shipped them, and tossed in a bar of good-luck Iceland chocolate for their journey. They arrived, and her kindness, courtesy, and support separates this store from other places.

It offers a lot of souvenirs at nice prices.

The first souvenir shop I went into once in Reykjavik and I absolutely loved everything about it. I bought something for everyone I needed on the first stop.

Miła obsługa, asortyment dość wyróżnia się na tle innych sklepów w Downtown. Ale muszę powiedzieć, że pluszaki w tej samej serii są sporo droższe niż na lotnisku (w strefie bezcłowej).

Very bad experience with the cashier. She did not want to change the broken product we bought 1 hour ealier. We had to insist a lot. Do not go to this place!
