EVE Online Monument

The monument is back - just in time for Fanfest. The names have been updated for the 20th anniversary of EVE Online.

You can take the Hop on Hop off bus tour and see it from the bus or you can get off and walk right over to it. Its free to everyone and right on the shore so you can see the ocean. I suggest to look up your capsulier location.

Travelled from Australia to see my tiny little character name on the monument very cool though

Went today, they can't count as the plate that my character is on was out of numerical order. DO NOT BUY TICKETS ITS FREE!!!!

On the website they wrote: "The monument is being updated to celebrate the recent 20th Anniversary of EVE Online. Construction on the monument may mean that it is no longer visible or able to be visited."

This monuments list hundreds of thousands of players name in the Eve online game. A must see for the capsuleers in Iceland where the company original HQ is situated.

Good monument for Eve Online

I remember reading online that it would be hard to find any specific name, but it's all in alphabetical order it's just very small. I also thought initially the names were on the vertical standing part of the monument but the names are on the tiles at the base.

If you're an EVE Online fan, definitely stop by and check this out. You can search for your name the hard way or you can just look it up online to see where its at. Also, CCP headquarters is right around the corner.

If you ever played the online game. Well worth the vist and you might even find your name there!

Has little to do with eve and the capsuleer names are nearly illegibly tiny. Perfect.

I did not know the game EVE Online was developed in Iceland. But it was both odd and amusing to look at a physical memento built for a virtual world.

If you are trying to find a username, good luck. They don't appear to be alphabetical. Asian names are on the water side, however.

Beautiful monument

Fantastic to visit the refurbished monument at the 20 year anniversary

A wonderful sculpture Caught just by the harbour Bay. An amazing view of the water and the boats. If you come while the sun is setting a amazing view of the sky you can see as I have added in my photos. There are restaurants nearby and places to eat and drink. I can hear seagulls and wildlife in the background. This place is free from traffic and noise pollution. There is a nice even decking to walk along. There are many benches to sit and take in the view point. this will be a nice place for photographers, for families, for friends and Partners to come and see. I also appreciate a very decayed boat I can see on the right from the sculpture or the left depending which way you are facing. There is something incredibly beautiful about still water. I am visiting in July 2018. It is 10 p. M. And 10°c. Recommended +++++drink
