Recently I visited this store and bought a Lakme foundation first of all the foundation texture is so muddy. I think it was an expired product but it was not. The expiry date was of 2025. So I went to the store to exchange it but the behaviour of the lady staff is bad. And I just said your product is expired and the lady staff got so rude and started yelling at me "App jhut bol rhe ho Aap jhut ho!" And I was like kya jhut bola Maine mujhe Jo lga Maine bola. she doesn't even have any manners to handle their customers. They don't even changed my product and when I said I will complaint about you to the Lakme brand and also give this feedback to your website she said" Ap mera kuch ni bigad skte jaiye kariye feedback mein waha rply krungi ki app jhute ho!" Like seriously ! They are so mannerless very disappointed by the service!!!
