Birla Mandir in Kolkata is a beautiful Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna and his consort, Radha. Visitors praise its stunning white marble architecture, intricate carvings, and peaceful atmosphere. It's a popular spot for prayer and reflection, and is also admired for its blend of traditional and contemporary art styles.

Beautiful place with a serene atmosphere. Very good management. You will hardly realize you are in the middle of Kolkata, in one of the busiest roads - but this temple stands tall amongst all the business places around, and gives the much needed peace to troubled minds.

A beautiful and serene temple located at the heart of the bustling city. The temple premises are very neat and clean. The temple has idols of Radha-Krishna, Shiv ji, Durga maa, Hanuman ji, Ganesh ji, and different avatars of Krishna. The temple is well maintained and has a divine atmosphere. The pandits and working staff are polite and strict about cleanliness. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the temple. In the evening, the aarti starts at sharp 6pm everyday. There is a place to keep shoes at the downstairs of the temple.

Gorgeous temple of lord Krishna with Radha ji. There is also mata sherawali and lord Shiv inside the temple. The most wonderful thing is that there is all the Avatar of lord Vishnu including the kalki avatar. The temple is very neat, clean and tidy which makes it more adorable. The guards also handle the crowd very well.

Nothing to say much, just amazing temple with amazing view in heart of the city. Anyone would love the place, feels like any temple of Odisha. Soo beautiful and peaceful vibes inside there. You can spend as much time there but try to go before 11.00 am or after 4.00pm. Don't carry bags because they will not allow or have facility to keep baggage.
Beautiful architecture in the middle of city Kolkata.

The place is situated at Ballygunge, a very clear and nice place where you can do meditation and can sit for hours.
The evening time to visit it post 4.30pm. And I would recommend to visit there at evening then you can actually feel the purity of the atmosphere.

The main idol of this temple is Radha Krishna and left of it, Maa Durga or VaishnoDevi and right side, Mahadev Shiv are present.

Just outside of the main temple building, you can see Hanuman ji and Ganesh ji are worshipped in their own Mandir.

Just right side of the main temple building, you can see, all krishna avatars are worshipped.

The security guards are very active so taking photos inside the premises is a bit tough.

There's no ticking system here.

This place is healing my soul.. 😇 People come from far and wide to visit the temple. It is a Hindu temple, its environment is very calm and beautiful, there are also pooja arrangements. Outside the temple there is a shop for puja items. Loved watching the Aarti in the evening. Photography is prohibited inside.

The temple is gorgeous. They don't allow to carry bags along with you but they don't have counter to keep bags . That's a headache cz you can't carry or leave behind your stuffs.
