This is one of the state of the art facilities which has given us wonderful experiences , delicious cuisine, amazing views , decent rooms and royal interiors with an unwavering attitude to serve the clients which reflects the true professionalism in their services.

This is a very high end hotel, the service is very good and everyone is very helpful. The rooms are large with great beds. They have a big gym and nice pool, every amenity you would expect, they have. It's a bit of a distance in traffic from from central Kolkata but not too bad.

It is a luxury hotel that completely does justice with its brand and name. Hospitality is at its best. It makes us feel comfortable like our homes. It has a huge area and rooms are large enough. Best at that price point.

Visited this royal hotel for buffet lunch. Great menu with huge range of options. Beautiful gallery and common areas.

We stayed at ITC Sonar Bangla instead, but for food the choice was the buffet at the ITC Royal Bengal. It was close to 10K for four of us, but experience was worth sharing. The staggering number of items to choose from matched with quality and quantity made our time there memorable.

It's a facility that lingers on long after one checks out. Classy, warm & courteous staff with genuineness that doesn't go unnoticed. Food is unmatched, unmistakably authentic and appeals to the palate that demands lustful mouthfuls to satiate the gourmet desires of oneself. Look no further for a rich and wholesome experience

We went for a lunch at grand pavilion with my inlaws and had a wonderful experience. The food is just awesome specially the jhal muri and the biryani.
The decor is just to look for its awstruck. The white marble along with the white ethnicity is just marvellous.
Must visit place in the city…

Visited the coffee shop. The entire oozes Richness, Class and Luxury. Chennai has miles to go to reach there. People spend there and enjoy life.i have no words for the Hotel, just running short of words to describe.

One of the best buffet I have ever had...the ambience is the very best with fabulous interiors...a real aesthetic feel ...the buffet was at the first floor...the food items had a huge variety with a lot of cuisines..the price was 2000 per head for the dinner buffet...and it was totally worth it

Went for a very late dinner at Darjeeling Lounge ---their 24x7 eatery.

Menu is mostly the same as what you get in room service -- all day breakfast options, salads, sandwich, pizza, pasta, comfort food, finger foods, desert etc---basically, a wide selection with a bit of everything. Loved their crumb fried prawn with mayo-kasundi dip. Also tried a grilled fish and their luchi-mangsho platter.

As with generally all ITC outlets, food, ambience, hospitality were all of very high standard.

We went for dinner buffet at Grand Market Pavilion, ready to welcome the guests with plethora of dishes, very difficult to choose which to miss. Only shortcoming I felt is that they are little understuffed, you need to make some effort to catch someone's attention if you need any help and even pay the bill. Otherwise a great experience.

It is one of the newest 5 star hotels in Kolkata. The interiors are stunning to say the least decorated with a number of art pieces. The staff are courteous and cooperative.
The food is good, especially the desserts.

Went for grand pavilion dinner buffet. The spread was indeed huge. Food was tasty. I liked their mutton biryani. Starter and dessert also needs special mention.

The atmosphere was fantastic. The way you are greeted from your first step at the property till you check out is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you should definitely indulge in.

I visited this place to attend the invitation of a wedding ceremony and I truly enjoyed the glory and decoration. The behaviour of the staff here deserves appreciation. Authentic foods were served with a variety of choices. Truly enjoyed visiting this place. Will love to visit again.
