5 stars for wheelchair -accessibility at the entrance as well as inside the premises. Didn't find any ramp leading to the pool area, so have my doubts. Also , the carpet in the doorway was a bit too thick for easy maneuvering of luggage trolley bags as well. Our room had an ironing board but no iron and my friend's room had an iron but no ironing board. Bonus points for really well mannered staff . It was peak season so there was a wait queue for dinner and breakfast seating. Overall, nice ambience.

We usually stay in Hyatt every year when we visit India and always have a great time. This year we stayed for a week. Their hospitality is really great with all their amazing staff especially in the waterside cafe. I’d like to give a shout out to Shizan in waterside cafe who goes above and beyond for the guests. He truly made us feel like home, making sure we are well fed and taken care of every time we were there.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency, and I had a great experience. The hotel's staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The on-site dining options were excellent, and I enjoyed some delicious meals during my visit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Had an excellent New Year Lunch this afternoon at the Waterside Cafe with my family.
At 2,800/- per person (approx, all inclusive), it wasn't particularly cheap. However, the variety & flavours were absolutely worth it. The very definition of 'Quality over Quantity'. There was a full spread of multi cuisine options, but I had my fill from the salad station, dimsums, sushi station, chaat station, ending with heavenly desserts. The desserts of dark chocolate & berries are the best I've had in the city - not sweet, but oh so delicious.
Service was alert & polite.
Regular weekday lunch buffet is 1700/- + tax. Will definitely try a regular weekday buffet

Simply wow! An experience of lifetime. The services they offer are so good and one feels at home over here. The hospitality of the staff makes it a great place to visit. One has lot lot of activities to do here. One can get lost in the architectural styles of this hotel. It stands proudly amongst other hotel in its stature with its own distinction and brand.

Went for a Dinner with my brother's family and availed their Buffet spread at Waterside Cafe.
The spread was fabulous with preparations from Continental, Chinese, Indian Muglai and Bengali cuisines topped up with varieties of desserts.
Ambient was soothing with a very high ceiling and creative decors.
We had a contended palate and total satisfaction at the end.

We had stayed for 8 night at Hyatt and we were treated amazingly well by all the staff. The service levels are top notch and the staff respond immediately to our request.
We would specially like to thank Abhishek Poddar and his team at Hyatt for taking care of us whenever we were at the morning breakfast restaurant and attending to all our request.He and his team were always there to ensure we were always attended to at all times.
Thank you and Hope to have an opportunity to stay there again.

Checked in for two glorious days at the Hyatt Regency. The Service was commendable. Special mention to Front Office manager Adnan and housekeeping staff Aryan. Everyone went out of their way to be nice and make our stay, more comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was extensive and I must add, quite satisfying.
There’s a lovely pool to swim in or lounge by. The gardens are green and lush so it’s quite therapeutic. The gym is well equipped and overlooks the green lawn

Visited for a buffet lunch at the Waterside cafe. Had a wide variety of food items of various cuisines. The Asian and desserts section was quite remarkable. Live salad and pasta were also nice.

Visited once to attend an event but am absolutely in love with their service and ambience! Had lunch at the waterside cafe and it was too good! Wide range of menu and good tastes too.

One of the greatest hotels of South Kolkata we got an amazing view of the Football stadium from our room window. Top class place for accommodation and continental and Indian cuisine.

Really good experience, I do think the park could benefit from adding more thrilling rides. While there were plenty of enjoyable attractions, I would have loved to see some more exhilarating and adrenaline-pumping rides to really get the heart racing. It would add an extra level of excitement to the overall experience

Had all the international guests from Canada stay here for my wedding in Kolkata. Amazing full service from all the staff (especially Soumya) who helped with a number of Bengali traditions and made the stay memorable for everyone. Would highly recommend people coming to Kolkata to stay here, I’ll for sure be back!

Excellent rooms, good room service and nice ambience. However, the food quality for vegetarians can be better.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Kolkata -- nothing was too much for them to make our stay extremely special. From the very first communications with Ambika we felt welcome and knew that as Globalist members we would be well taken care of. We weren't wrong! Our arrival was so personalized, with treats for the children and our favorite beverage and such a warm welcome from Ambika and Sahara, who continued to take very good care of us for the entire stay. We were helped to our lovely suite by Gobinda and we settled in. The suite was spacious, and comfortable, and had a huge bathroom! We liked the glass bottles of water and the fresh flowers, lovely touch. Our room was cared for each morning as requested with great precision by Rajesh and Bubu, and we loved the towel animals! Breakfast was amazing if you like Indian breakfast, and we enjoyed all of the treats! The staff was so welcoming of special orders, too, and we were grateful. Tamal, Prem, Mitish, Anushka and Shizen took excellent care of us at mealtime each day for our stay -- nothing was too much and they did it all with a smile and great caring. When we had tech issues (working and schooling online!) the kind Suorav and Samajid were there to care for us and get our devices online. Lastly, the club lounge was quite good, small but well curated, with Mujahead and Aishwarya helping us most days with a smile.

The hotel could use some updated outlets and power supply such a USB. Even the desk didn't have working power.

I was amazed to see the bathroom.. Bath area was 2 steps down.. Plus wash basin made of transparent glass.. And such a big washroom... I was surprised to see that... Rooms were really quiet big.... And such a huge campus.. Pool is lovely.. Outdoor area is also super cool... Loved this stay.. Extremely worth.

The amusement park I went to was really great! The staff there were really nice and helpful, making sure everyone had a good time. What made it even better was that the ticket prices were affordable. I visited the park during a festival, and they had an amazing offer where if you bought one ticket, you got another one for free. It was a fantastic festival bonanza deal!
