My backpack had a small issue (broken loops for chains), so i went to this shop with warranty. The store manager Md.Shahid gave me free chain loops for the same bag without charging any fee or any other hassle for warranty.

I have bought a office Bag before 5 years back from Big Bazar and Running well because of this store and well service support by The Store Manager. I have visited this store 3time in between five years due to service issue after using ,like Zip Runner not working, stitch was open in outside of my nag and damages of net in water bottle area in my bag .They had taken maximum 7 to 10 days for repairing and handover without given any single excuse. I really surprised that how they give firstly service with humble and polite behavior. I Happy to say that the entire Team and Store Manager very helpful and cooperative with me, also Grateful to him.

Loved the experience . People are good , well behaved and most of all honest. Bought a rain cover price paid was 400 , after a few minutes the shopkeeper called up and returned 300 . Reason being the item was on an offer price of 99 only. Such honesty much wow.

Nice and big store specially for bags. In addition you can have shoes, dresses and accessories also. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Location and communication is very fine. I won't mind recommending it to my near and dear ones as there is wide range of collection as well within fare pricing.

Visited for the first time on 23rd of this month. Found satisfactory quality materials with very very cordial behaviour by the staff members. Visited again today. Lovely products and very good assistance by the showroom staff Mr Md. Shahid, Mr Azhar Athar and Mr Anirban Saha. Definitely will go again when required.

Located in New Market area of Kolkata, just 1 min form 'Kadhya Bhavan'. Very polite behavior form staffs. Good collection of winter wares, bags and footwear collection are also good.

I was not aware about the shop but when i visit it i found lots of value of money in the store.....there was shoe .Traveler bags.coats.foldable bags. And all are very good in quality....i love this brand and i will use bags from this brand only."Wildcraft"

Behavior of the staff was good. Didn't see a good collection so, you have to choose whatever they have.
