Hotel Krishna

We booked one family apartment and two lake view rooms. The food was delicious at breakfast and lunch that we ate there. Room service was also good. It is located at best location at Mall road.

The only disadvantage of this hotel are the entry stairs! If you are travelling with kids or old age people, reaching the hotel could be a challenge as it's at some height. Also, there's no private parking available like most hotels on mall road so you need to park your vehicle at dedicated public parkings which are absolutely safe in case you're wondering.

Other than above, this hotel is very decent. Be it their room sizes, the cleanliness, the food quality or maintenance and upkeep, this hotel scores full marks for ticking all the right boxes. We took their family room for 4 adults and a child and believe me, the room was very adequately spaced and even if you are 6 adults, you can adjust easily with extra mattresses. Though, there is only one bathroom in family room which can be a deal breaker for some but we were absolutely comfortable during our stay. The other most impressive thing I want to mention here is their room service. Its superquick and everytime we ordered room service, the food turned up within 15 mins Max! We also doubted if they were preparing stuff in advance but the food was fresh and tasted amazing every time. We were served by Anand Ji who was very humble and made sure that our requests are always attended to and that we are taken good care of. The food here is also good in taste and is appropriately priced. You can include breakfast in your booking but there are dozens of better breakfast options on the mall road itself. Also, one other thing that I want the management to consider is to increase the lighting in the family room. Right now, the lighting is not proper and the room looks dull.

We booked this property as the other popular ones were sold out as June is one of the peak season months but to our surprise, this property didn't disappoint. The management is helpful, the staff is humble and your experience should be good if all goes well. Kuddos to everyone at Hotel Krishna for making our stay comfortable :)

Excellent place to stay. Situated on prime location. Big rooms with king size bed, study table, sofa and coffee table. Lake view rooms are best with balcony. Hygiene was maintained at all places. Linen and washroom were good.
Only possible con- one has to climb ~80 stairs from mall. Not possible for elders or people with limited movement

Very close to mall road. They have rooms with the view of Naini lake. About a km away from Naina devi mandir. Staff are friendly. Reasonable pricing for rooms. ( atleast during off season. Not sure when in season). Complimentary breakfast. Food was good and at acceptable prices . Staff usually try to help you with cab services etc,.. (but cab services are available at cheaper prices outside as well.) They also send people to pickup your luggage during check-in and drop you off near your taxi after check-out. Overall, very helpful to tourists. Thank you to everyone at Krishna hotel Nainital for making our trip a memorable one!

Very good hotel, all staff members are really amazing 👏... good experience... breakfast is average but dinner was so tempting must try ... only one negative point is so many stairs are there ... but the view from the room is price less .... over all the big thumbs up 👍.......

I would give 6 stars to this hotel. This hotel is located at prime location, Mall road. Staff at the hotel goes beyond bars to help visitors. We ordered food, a glass of milk for kid outside of their kitchen working hours, still they provided it without any complaint. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. I suggest stay here!

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days in the month of November 2020.
Hotel was bit empty.
First, one person came to collect the luggage as there are 30-40 stairs so it was really helpful.
Check in was easy.
Staff is very polite.
One Joshi ji is there he will help you with everything.
In house dining is there and room service is also available.food taste is good.
Hot water is available via boiler so bathing time is to scheduled.
I booked luxury room with balcony. View was awesome so my stay was worth it.

One of the best hotels in Nainital on Mall road. The lake view from the Hotel is just awesome. Excellent service they are providing. Rooms are excellent. Good Restaurant and tasty food. Hotel location is on the mall road only. Only issue is you have to climb almost 50-60 staircase. Overall a nice hotel in nainital.

Good place & view is very beautiful from room,but around 40 Stairs is difficult for old age person

In Nainital its a great hotel to stay in a very good location and on the bank of famous Naini lake. Inside from the room you will be able to view the Naini Lake and the room is equipped with all modern amenities. Food quality is also good with co operative staff.
But its not suitable for old aged person as its situated in upper level without any lift facility.

Hotel is infront of Nainital Lake, hence have a great view from all bancony and rooms.
Nice location on Mall road, and in the market area, but 30-40 stairs up.

Hotel is well cleaned and service is great. All staff members are very supportive as well.
Hotel restaurant is not so great I would say by tastewise, and they had very limited items as well (their tandoor was not working while I visited).
You can walk downstairs and have food at Zooby's resturant anytime, which is open till 12'o clock midnight.

I have stayed there for 2 days, and that was an unforgettable stay in Nainital, bcz of there whether & the location of hotel, that Lake facing room with full of comfort.
Room service was too prompt and all other staff was also humble and cooperative.
I like it and strongly recommend to all, even you are planning with family, friends or as a couple.
No doubt go for it.

This is our second visit to Hotel Krishna. Apart from huge location advantage & proximity to Naini lake, it's staff & service are also a major plus. Rooms are big enough to accommodate family of four with extra bed arrangement. Rooms are well decorated & clean. Food is good. Anyway one can find plethora of eating joint within vicinity. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nainital. Highly recommended.

Good and budgeted place to stay. It is just infront of mall road and Nainital lake. View from hotel room is just awesome. Very friendly and helpful staff. On time service. Room are spacious, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained very well. No extra money charge for early check-in (but informed in advance). Food quality is ok.
