Wonderful Place

We went trekking from Nainital, taking the jungle trail. The entire journey typically takes around 45 to 60 minutes from the trekking point. The path is unexplored, enveloping you in the aura of the jungle.

Upon reaching the top, a breathtaking scenic view awaits. Although there are shortcuts, I cannot vouch for their reliability.

At the top, there's a restaurant offering fresh and delightful food. Being an avid trekker, I would unquestionably rate this place 10 out of 10. In a time when many places are marred by heavy tourist traffic, this location manages to preserve the true essence of nature.

What a place it was. One of the best view places in Nainital. There’s a trek to get to the top which is approx 1-1.5kms. No signboards on route but the view from top was worth it. Carry a water bottle. You’ll get tea, coffee, Maggi, water and snacks on the top.

Beautiful place
The view of lake, Nainital is heaven
The way is very difficult. It feels like you have to climb a mountain, but when you reach the top, you will see the best view of your life.
Food is very expensive i will suggest you to take your own food stuff (chips' actual price are 30, they will give you at 50😆😆)

Amazing place. One can reach there by trekking. We parked our scooty exactly where the trekking starts. It takes about 1.5 hours to Trek and reach the top. It is best to take a water bottle for everyone in order to keep your body hydrated and obviously you need to wear sports shoes for trekking. Also, if you want to take a short-cut, to save your energy and time, just follow the water pipe lines and keep your foot properly so that you do not slip. Keep sanitizer, bandage and cash because people do not take online payments on the top.
If someone is unable to Trek, then they can take a horse ride also, they charge Rs 850/horse for both ways, but they do not let you stay there for a long time. They ask you to hurry as they have to go down and take the next customer.

The trek is steep, demanding physical fitness, but the breathtaking view makes it worthwhile. Two cafeterias provide food and drinks, enhancing the overall experience.

Very nice place at a great height. You can go here through a horse-ride (which is very expensive at rs 700 per horse). I think it is worth it as the way passes through good dense forest. Reach Tiffin top after a walk from the flats and be gifted with a stunning 360 view of Nainital on one side and the cliffs and terai on the other. Ask for the circular road and enhance your walk in the woods. Maggie Noodles are a favorite snack here-.available in makeshift shops.or simply sip a hot cuppa sweetened to give you enough energy to make it back to the flats.

Dorothy seat is a good place to visit - it offers scenic views of the mountains and Nainital from the top. We hiked the distance and it took us nearly 1.5 hours one way. Horse rides are available for Rs. 700-800 and take around 40 minutes. There are numerous points en route to the top - picnic spot, echo point etc.

Truely mesmerizing place. All your fatigue vanishes the moment you reach this top.
This view point is accessible only by trek. The best time to reach this spot is at sunrise, so plan accordingly. Cater for the time taken from your hotel to the roadhead from where the trek starts and the trek time and start early in the morning accordingly. Don't forget to carry your water bottle.
The trek itself is very beautiful amidst dense growth of trees. The view point gives view of the peaks and the Nainital Valley if the weather is clear. The landscape will take your breath away.
Tiffin Top is also known as Dorthy Seat.
There are few food stall here which sell water, soft drinks and Maggi.
There is no washroom facility here.
All those who are trek lovers must visit this view point during their stay in Nainital.

The Naini lake is surrounded by two hill tops and one of them is Tiffin top. Reaching there is possible through two routes. One is on horseback from the Lovers Point. This may be little cumbersome and expensive. Other way is to reach by trek from the trail starting by the side from Ayar Jungle Resorts. The trek takes about 30 minutes. Tiffin top offers some great views of the lake and Naini Hills. Two three small restaurant or cafe provide some fast food tea and coffee at top.

Awesome view of the whole Nainital from this point. You can avail rappling services which takes you down to 70 ft on a rock here for Rs.300. Photographs can also be clicked of this adventure activity.

Pony is available from Lover's point for Rs.800 per person which may vary as per season, but you may have to walk down as the pony owners only wait for max 15-20 mins and then leave back to the starting point. If you want to enjoy the scenery, you'll need at least 30-45 mins.

It'd be best if you could hike up to this place on your own. If u find yourself here with clear skies, you. Can see the entire Himalayan range, which might just be good enough to give snow view point a miss. You get a panoramic view of Nainital from here. If you put up at ayarpatta, the hike starts just next to the entrance to ayar jungle resort.

Great Trekking Experience!!
Horses are available at 720 Rs. per head to reach the top. It's a 3-4 km long trek so one can go on its own to see the beautiful 360 degree panoramic views.
