Sterling Nainital

Great and the yummiest food ...Mr Rajendra Singh and Chef bipin were too good ... All items were available in Jain and the taste was too good ..... Good rooms and cool location..... Initially we had a prob in classic rooms which were in residential area of sterling where no music and enjoyment were allowed... But then we were given rooms in actual hotels. .... So just check it before booking...

The rooms in Nainital Sterling are fully furnished and very spacious. Also the cleanliness was the best. The food in the resort was excellent and fresh. The games organized by the resort for the Christmas celebrations on 24th dec 2023 was excellent. We all had very good fun and felt at home. Great job indeed !!!

Pros:
Excellent Hotel with Excellent Staff, good service. Hotel has excellent valley view.
Cons:
Hotel is located a little far away from main mall road and is on a road which is closed at 5pm to 9pm to avoid tourist crowding.

Clean, comfortable rooms with an excellent of the mountains. Excellent service with really courteous staff. Can't wait to return!

Over all experience is excellent. Best part is there location. Adding to that their rooms and services and politeness of staff is like icing on the cake.

The service in restaurant as not proper as the billing person was not aware about all rules for premeal vouchers also I ordered 2 veg family get 2 do meals for 4 -4pax each and the pack only contains 2-2 items each in both packs. Poor service

it was my daughter’s birthday and the experience went amazing…the location is beautiful and the hospitality was so good … Prapunj helped a lot from the check in process till the check out process…and all the other of his collegues made sure that or comfort is maintained through out the stay ! will definitely come back.

It's one of the best resort in Nainital, clean rooms, good staff and best part is scenic view of valley is best among all. I hope sterling will be number 1 resort group in India.

I think they define service industry they know how to take care of their guests all their staff are excellent esp Deepak at the reception desk and Krishna at the restaurant Rooms are newly done entire place is well kept will strongly recommend this as an alternative to ppl who are ok with a place without a lake view then Sterling should be your first and only choice

Sterling Nainital is a must stay if visiting Nainital. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main town it’s location makes it an ideal getaway. Each room is valley facing making your stay picturesque. The staff is warm and cordial giving them five stars for hospitality. Mr. Manoj Bisht, Krishna and Abhishek in the restaurant are exceptional. Ms Shreya at reception also deserves a mention. Must stay hotel.
