San Marco Restaurant

We ate here for breakfast and dinner during our hotel stay. The breakfast is amazing. Best Bloody Mary bar I’ve ever seen. Dinner service was excellent and everything you expect from a true 5* property. The food was really good. I would recommend everything we ordered: Octopus starter, Scallops, Lamb. We will rerun on our next trip to Hvar.

Excellent meal worth every penny. We did a la carte to enjoy the larger portion sizes. Everything was so fresh even by Hvar’s great standards. Peter provided wonderful and FUN service. Hotel amenities also lovely. Worth a detour. Don’t miss the octopus.

Food was delicious and servers were polite, attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant and quiet as it is an upscale restaurant. Starter, main and a few soft drinks came up to €150. Definitely try for a different experience.

We didn’t eat here but the setting is stunning, the wine delicious and Peter who looked after us was so kind and friendly and knowledgable of Croatian wines. It’s truly beautiful here and cannot wait to return. Love this place!!

Phillip was amazing!!!! We had a wonderful night there and the food was delicious! My husband got the Wagu Steak and I got the seabass. What really made our experience was Phillip's high quality service and attention. We stayed at the hotel so we were thankful to have Phillip as our service for breakfest. Thank you for being so wonderful. We will definitely be back.

This restaurant was hands down a 5 star on all fronts. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea so make sure you make a reservation in advance if you can for the view. The cocktails were absolutely delicious with a special mention of the Elisabeth Champagne drink and the spicy tequila cocktail. The food was flavorful and fresh. While we did not do the set menu, we picked most of the items from it and it was flavorful, fresh and simply amazing. We had the grilled octopus, the grilled prawns/clams/mussels, the scallops and the roasted lamb cutlets. We ended the meal with the best dessert I think I have ever consumed; the fudge chocolate brownie. It was warm, googy and was like a chocolate explosion, topped with icecream. The only thing that could surpass this Michelin like meal was our incredible server, Philip. He made us feel very taken care of, he timed the service perfectly and we never for second felt pressured or rushed. Simply a must try!!!

My husband and I had a lovely evening at San Marco restaurant! The view, food, and service were spectacular. Highly recommend, and a big shout out to our fabulous server Dušan!

I got an iced matcha latte with almond milk, it was okay-kinda clumpy. Carrot juice, loved. The American pancakes were in fact American pancakes and so good.
The scrambled eggs tasted off and I wouldn't order them again.

Igor was super. Very kind and attentive. This is a special place to eat. A meal that you will take time to enjoy. Local Croatian cuisine include local wines.

The team at Palace Elisabeth are impeccable. They cared for my every need. The food was amazing and the service was over and beyond expectations. They catered to my specific experience.

My wife and I had a lovely dinner here. Great ambiance, excellent cocktails, fresh, delicious seafood, and some of the best service we’ve had in Croatia (thanks Filip!). A bit pricey but that’s to be expected in a five star hotel.

Amazing food and service! Our waitress, Bojana, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make our dinner special. I hiigjy recommend this restaurant. We had the fixed menu and it was delicious.
