Wow. The view at night is magical. Sit back and toast to beautiful Hvar while you sip on your favorite beverage while the fortress glistens in the background.

This historical terrace is part of the first public theatre of Europe. Built in 1612. The server’s in-laws own the house where the bar is located. So very awesome.

Excellent experience. Never too crowded. Great service. 👍 We had simple but good drinks and enjoyed the view. The chairs were comfortable and we spent sometime watching people and the sunset. Many locals and some foreigners were there too.

Great spot. Joe the bartender/server is hilarious. I went both nights of my stay and got there right around sunset and there were minimal people, so got to choose a great seat for myself to people watch. Within the hour the places fills up but it’s never overwhelming and the energy is great. I was able to meet people both nights (I was alone) and had such great conversations. The wine Joe recommended was absolutely delicious and was local.

Best secret in old town. Great sundowner and people-watching spot. The staff are super friendly and the drinks are phenomenal.

The Barkeeper was the most charming and friendly person of all my service experience in Croatia. Super nice location with a stunning view and good drinks. The bar is small and laid back - a good escape from the party crowd around.

Best spot in Hvar for drinks
This is the best view in Hvar to have a drink from a local over the main square. We came back 3 times in 1.5 days and the waitor remembered us from the first visit. Great recommendations and good price for drinks, will be coming back!

Very nice cocktail bar, with a view on the main square. Relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Cocktails cost around 80 kn.

Fantastic spot above Hvar's main square.Feels quite hidden away whilst giving incredible views of the fort above.Joe, the waiter is knowledgeable and the crostinis are the best we had in Hvar - very fresh with interesting toppings.A perfect place to start or end your evening.
