Rent a car Hvar - Suncity

Suncity car hire was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. On picking up our vehicle, the dents and damage were pointed out (nothing major!). We were encouraged to video everything ourselves before we drove off. The car was filled with fuel, and the girl gave us her number to contact her if we needed any info on restaurants, etc, in the areas we were visiting. We had no problems with the vehicle at all, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and very informative. The process of returning the car was speedy and so easy and they offered to store our luggage before we took the ferry to Split. We didn't need to do this, but the offer was very much appreciated. A professional, nice, friendly experience for us, and we fully recommend them.

Perfect car for exploring Hvar island. The communication and booking with agent via email was smooth, we picked up the car, instructions were clear. We enjoyed our stay very much! :)

Ivan from Suncity is wonderful. We arrived late and he stayed open for us, then offered me a ride to Brusje for free as he was on his way home. He was so helpful and we’re happy to have hired from them. Highly recommend!

We had no problems renting scooters from sun city. Despite reading other reviews service was super fast and the scooters felt new! We had lots of fun riding around the island.

In addition our deposit of 2000 kuna was cancelled upon returning our scooters so we never saw a charge on our credit cards (other than for the rental itself which was at a great price).

Overall wonderful experience, definitely would recommend!

For us the renting process with Suncity was very smooth. I booked a automatic small car the night before, and picked it up the day after.
We had it for 2 days, 100€ for 48h with full insurance with the premium coverage which made the deductible 0€. (We had a Opel Corsa, the automatic gearbox on it maybe isn't the best, so you might aswell just go for a manual one)

Staff was friendly and gave us a map and suggestions where to go.

When leaving the car it went very smoothly, a man took the keys, checked the car and it was done. Painless and smooth. :)

Very good prices and lovely people. Cars are clean and in very good shape. We did a booking 2 days before we arrived, and received information that our requested category was not available at that time, but different categories were (all sort of classes, cheaper and more expensive). After choosing another category the booking was confirmed and we spended a lovely 3 days driving over the island.

We called in without a booking. The staff were very really helpful and friendly. The car was a bit more than we wanted to pay, but that was our fault because they were busy and not many were left. The car we received was good quality (the AC worked and it drove well). There was no issues with the check in / out. I’d recommend booking in advance to get the car you want. Would use again.

Very good and easy-going place to rent a car on the island! The boss is a good guy and you can talk with him about every issue - he finds a solution for your problem!
We came in the beginning of October, so right after season, so it might be more relaxed anyway. But still, it was fun to randomly bump into the guy somewhere on the island (like a gas station) and he could remember who I was - made me feel like a local! :) Good service, good car!

This place is seriously one of the best car rental companies I have ever rented from. I rarely leave reviews on google but felt compelled to after this. The service here is top notch and Ivan was one of the nicest guys around. If I return one day there is no doubt they will get my service.

A great car rental experience. The fellow was really easy-going, provided plenty of tips on sites, roads and things to do. I was worried about what I've heard about renting a car in Croatia but this was a seamless experience.

Smooth and simple online booking procedure. The location is satisfying as well, as it is a 5-10 minute walk from the ferry boat terminal. Good prices.

Second time hired a car from Sun City friendly and helpful staff. They even picked you up from Milna and take you to their offices. We also got taxi from them nearly half price of the city every day taxis
