Been in here twice in the past 7 days due to my local parcel shop closing and the Person behind the till was nice, he scanned parcels that I was dropping off and scanned parcels I was picking up- can’t fault the shop in any way

Very helpful whenever I have gone to drop off a Hermes parcel in recent weeks.
There is another am2pm shop close by on the same road, don’t mix them up.

I have no problem of collecting my parcel as others have complaint about. However, it is true that the parcels were left in open area on the floor. So there is a risk of being stolen which may go unnoticed by the shop staff, unless the staff is alert most of the time..
