Just picked up a Breakfast meal deal from Sainsburys Strand. A very nice bacon roll stuffed with bacon a cinnamon pastry and a Starbucks coffee. All for £3.50. Well done Sainsburys.

Went just shy of 11pm and had a browse of the spirits. Then went on to look at sandwiches and the security guard comes up to me and asks "Sir, were you looking at the spirits?". "Yes I was, why's that?". "We stop selling them in two minutes", so I best get straight to the checkout. I really appreciate when someone helps another out (especially as it was a present to cheer up a friend!) so top job and top customer service guys! Thanks! :)

Ala is an asset to Sainsbury's strand. There was no multipack water on the shelf and asked him for help. He said he will check the warehouse and came back back with a heavy case of multipack water. Top customer service and this isn't the first time the colleagues in the strand have helped out in this manner

Decent selection of food for such a small store. Good opening hours. Not great for sandwiches tho. They go fast!

Good for City workers in a hurry. Mainly lunchtime food and morning Croissants. No frills but well stocked.
