Excellent supply of magazines and confectionary. The books are a little limited as its only a small store but quite varied.
Only one cash kiosk as the rest is serve yourself which can be a bit slow and tedious.

Poor service, when asked one employee if dogs are allowed in said no but there is no signs at the door saying otherwise and when asked to the security said dogs are allowed

Whsnith london Waterloo station absolutely terrible rude very unhelpful staff absolutely no customer service skills what so ever ......avoid the over priced products and extremly rude staff
