Best local shop around!! All the staff so polite and all very welcoming.. I cannot fault this shop in anyway! And they always do there best to help customers, no matter how busy they are! They have the staff on standby to help 👌👌👌💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

This is my local 'corner shop' thoroughly stocked if anything overly stocked. I get sweet tooth snacks, electric and gas here, returned packages with ease through myhermes self service and used the post office to send a letter whuhh was done quickly and efficiently. It does exactly what you want a corner shop to do. Service is different depending on who you get which is the only reason I've given it less than 5 stars. I've never been short changed but I've no concerns about the honesty of staff working there. If shortchanged it would be a genuine error.

Reason why I gave this store a 1 2 star is because when I went to the shop to put some money on my electric card they told me the network or server was down. So I went to another shop and they was able top up my electricity key. They use the same machine as Costcutter does yet they was able to do it for me and not them. This is not the first time this has happened kinda disappointing in them.

Refused my parcel which was packaged perfectly. Said that I needed to buy their packaging in store in order to send. Never heard of this before, have sent many parcels in the past and collected with the same packaging I presented. I was struggling to repackage in the store and no help given, just ignored me and had a conversation with colleagues. Rude and dismissive when I finally got the parcel remade. Avoid, all negative reviews are correct.

If I could give a negative star I would. They will not take parcels. This is not a standard dispatch point. I was turned away as the guy didn’t feel like taking the light item I was carrying under one arm. Poor.

I have been visiting this store for years,however after today I will never set foot in this shop again.
I was in the queue waiting to return a parcel,when it was my turn the cashier told me to move to the other side and stand by the scanner,He then went on to serve the guy behind me!
I said excuse me I was next he said wait,I told him again I was next,he then came over acting like I did something wrong,saying the machine is faulty he clearly did not know how to use it,I said its not fair to treat a customer like that, with which he replied "if you don't like it you can go somewhere else"
Clearly he has a problem with women as he just tried to dismiss me,to serve the guy behind me,so I just took my parcel off him and left.
Disgusting customer service even the 1 star I left is too much,please don't waste your time, the post office staff are miserys too.all the other bad reviews says it all...avoid!

Guy serving with a beard is super rude and offers awful customer service. As an Evri delivery spot (closest to mine) they keep rejecting perfectly good parcels to try and flog you their extortionate packaging. Complete scam. Evri are being informed. I will also be informing trading standards about their knock off vapes and grenade bars, god knows what else is fake in there.

If I could give 0 I would. Do not use this shop for anything to do with parcels. Extremely rude staff points to corner "it's somewhere over there". Doesn't check ID, tracking number nothing. When told parcel is not there gets annoyed and says 'look properly'. I don't work here mate sort yourselves out
I imagine a lot of parcels get 'lost' at this shop with this level of carelessness.

Drop your evri parcels with caution if they are medium sized.
I went today to take a medium parcel 61cmx35cmx25cm - well below the size for the evri size guide (which allows up to 1.2m). It was a Sunday night. I walked the parcel to the shop. It was nearly 10kg so it’s size and weight meant it was an upsetting wasted trip - nothing on the evri website says the shop might refuse it.
They had heaps of space to take it but refused. Said I would have to come back the another day. I actually drop packages there regularly but usually with the post office and haven’t had issues there.
I begged him to change his mind. The member of staff I spoke to was sympathetic and i nearly convinced him but not his boss who outright refused.
Just very irritating to have wasted my time. Pointless having this service if they are selective at weekends.
Anyway maybe don’t bother using parcel drop off if the parcel is large. It’s an inconvenience to them let alone you!

This shop is something else. Never ever do I get asked to meet a shop assistant after 10 and get asked so many questions about my life in a nosey way.? Never have I been treated the way I have since using this shop!!!!? I am absolutely shocked!!!! they also have short-changed me. they watch you and talk about you. They tried to say I gave them a fake £20 and ran to the back as if I'm a terrible person but they would not show me the note or give evidence and took the money. and it's all because they don't want me sitting on Queenstown road and tried to fear monger me. apparently I'm lucky they did not call the police as they are apparently 'friends' ????? yet they sell illegal goods happily and that's ok? They try to smear your character with there mindset it's insane.
Avoid this shop at all costs avoid avoid avoid they talk absolute rubbish and have narrow short sighted minds. They think they own Queenstown road and judge you to a level I have never witnessed in my life. Ever. Avoid like the plague.they said I can come back in the shop....urm no thanks worst experience of my life

I’m appalled by how the people working here treat customers. I just witnessed one them verbally abusing an elderly frail man for his smell in front of other customers. Disgusting behaviour.

Went to return an amazon parcel as this shop does it with Evri, meaning they both print the label and package your item.
When I got there the guy said to me “we won’t package your item.” I showed him the Evri website where it says the name of that shop, and that they have to package returning items, but the guy just said “we won’t do it.”

This post office always makes me upset. I sent a small parcel of 120g, and it was £7.4. I checked on the website and it was from £4. It’s not the first time I felt bit pricy. I won’t go this post office again! Another post office behind Battersea Park station is better.
