Brand new local Co-operative Supermarket with fresh fruit, vegetables, pastries, breads, groceries and home essentials.

Never have any hot food ready and if they do it’s been out way longer than it should of been

I really like this shop and generally apart from the odd grumpy staff it’s great, but in the last couple of weeks I have noticed NONE of the staff are wearing face masks, there are huge notices outside the store telling people to comply with COVID regulations….. somehow the staff seem to think All of them are exempt…. Yesterday all the clients I could see had masks on. I am going to avoid it now as in the current climate I think it’s outrageous

Almost always a poor experience - store is messy and often lacking stock. Staff are rarely present, there are often queues at the self-service tills as people need help / staff approvals and the main tills are usually unstaffed, customers have to wander round the store looking for staff to assist. Go to Sainsbury’s / Tesco instead

Very incompetent. Ordered via just eat. Didnt even get half my order. Got scotch eggs instead of tray 6 eggs, got skimmed milk instead of milk. Ordered 2pk sausage got 1. Ordered pack bacon got nothing! I'm wondering if this staff member is not able to read! Do better on recruitment co op! Now I have to fight with just eat to get refund on items I did not get! Not happy!

Astonishing how bad this store is nowadays - no staff, those that are there are useless, overly expensive, mischarged regularly. Every aisle a complete mess. Almost everyone from our street is now making a trip 3x the distance to Sainsbury’s instead of going in there. Every other supermarket undercuts it and you also have the bonus of avoiding the insanely incompetent staff. The Co-op must be on a massive downward spiral these days if they’re operating a store in that way.
