I have an awkward ford focus... Online it said it X headlamp would fit so I ordered online and collected.. service was quick fast and easy... Yet the nightmare happened for me the headlamp didn't seem right... I took it back and Hayden sorted a refund. He had a look on the system but couldn't find the correct headlight. He didn't give up though he searched through everything and he found the right one. Confident with his help he ordered it and told me to come back 3 hours later. I did picked it up and it's the right one. Without Hayden helping me I would have been stuck. Make sure you ask for him when you pop by.

First time using FAREHAM branch , ordered yesterday for delivery ( 58 mins later Ian you are a legend ) on my doorstep , WOW , needed another part so ordered online to collect next day , part ready and waiting for me ! Rarely does a company impress me but Europarts FAREHAM Branch you are the only company in a long time that has . Thank you .

Amazing service. Went in there expecting to pay £80 but left only paying £60. They really want to help you and get you the best price possible for the item you buying. Without a doubt i will be coming to these guys for all my future car part needs. Also the 5 year warranty on the battery is really good.

Great store offering a wide range of parts & products all at really competitive prices, especially if you order online prior to arrival to reserve the items you want & then use the discount codes suggested as you can save a fortune!

The queue is sometimes long & slow, but I find the staff nice & quite helpful to assist you in any way they can.

They staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Taking time to explain differences between products and making recommendations based on your needs rather than price. I recommend them very highly.

Really helpful staff - spent a fair while looking for the right part for my (old) VW van, even though not on thier computer (looking elsewhere there are a lot of possible combinations for the part I wanted). Many service parts kept on the shelf or available next day.

Great prices, good service. Guys there are always happy to help you. Before looking on ebay give them a call or just drop by, I was surprised a few times to find the same product at a much better price in that store. Avarege waiting time during the week is about 5-7 minutes, but on a Sat or Sun it might take a bit longer.

Really fantastic service, helpful, friendly, knowledgable staff, who even reopened the store for me as I was desperate for a car part and arrived just after they had closed! Honestly, I’ve been using them for years and can’t fault them!

staff great, consistently good service (although the app/website reg number search facility sometimes gives you the wrong part, however returns are easy and fuss free). ECP do good offers and what ive used of their own brand "tripleQX" has been good stuff. they deliver for free but i pass it daily so i always 'click n collect'
