Not very friendly staff the Arab and Asian man dislike and prefer not to sale miced or black people and create a horrible atmosphere and horrible customer service I experience everytime I visit, when the white fella shown up the man turnt into someone ready to serve.

Nasty and vile. There was a man standing outside the and tried to speak to me as I went inside. I thought nothing of it and went in to view what they had on offer; wine.

The same fella came in and watched me extremely close, looking right into my eyes and caused extreme discomfort. I asked if he could give me space alas.

I had enough of his hostility and confronted him bluntly and asked if he worked at this shop. Turns out he did and still didn’t leave me alone.

Left and went to a different shop and spent £62.

Your loss. Ps, you’ve been reported for suspicious behaviour.

DISGUSTING!!!

I went into the shop (7pm 09/08/21) to get some basic items. There was a woman it the counter purchasing some cigarettes. After a few moment of being in the shop the shop worker started shouting at the woman, telling her to get her things (that she had just purchased) off the counter and to get out the shop! At one point I thought he was going to jump over the counter and attack her he was being that aggressive towards her and screaming so loud. I actually feared for the woman's safety! So I waited next to her until she had got her things and left the shop. She was outside totally bemused and in tears after the encounter!

I told him in no uncertain terms what I thought of his actions and how he treated that customer was far from acceptable and that I for one will NEVER shop there again.

Fake goods all vapes dangerous.
Man bald with beard was not giving money back .He was so hostile & rude .Worst shop ever lots of fake products
