I recently visited Rymans, and I was really impressed with the wide variety of products they offer. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed. The store was well-organized, making my shopping experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning soon!

On two occasions recently I have been very well looked after. The first was when I was preparing to travel to South Africa and Nina, the member of staff who helped me, arranged a Post Office Money Card with minimum fuss and bother. Today, I had to renew me driving licence, having had trouble onlne. Here again, she took great trouble to ensure that everything was properly done; and the process was as painless as could be. Many thanks.

This was the first time I have visited Ryman in Piccadilly, London and when I say the service from Lambert was exceptional, this is an understatement

I came in to pick up a printer that would suit the needs of my business, and whilst a seemingly pushy colleague/manager got in the way of Lambert advising me (he was evidently trying to sell my the highest priced printer) he still managed to advise me on the best item for me needs, even though it wasn’t the most expensive and his honesty and openness will always be appreciated.

I will certainly be coming back to Lambert for any tech advise I need! Thank you!

I had a very pleasant experience at Ryman stationary with massive thanks to the lovely lady, Nadine, at the cashier. I had come to Ryman to send a post through the post office where Nadine was super kind in helping me meticulously wrap my post. She was extremely helpful which I really appreciated. Thank you Nadine :)

Lana was operating the self service posting stations with ease. I assumed my parcel was medium sized but she changed it to small and saved me money on my postage. She smiled through manic Christmas shoppers and made sure the process was smooth.

I was very confused when I first came into Rymans. I wanted to create a project and needed lots of different supplies. Atif was very personable and asked me questions to understand my needs better. After he understood my requirements, he was able to take me to the different product options to consider. He also was able to suggest other products to me that would enhance my project goals. All in all, I was extremely satisfied and he turned a 45 minute shopping experience into 20 minutes.

The lady, Nina, was so helpful and gave the best service! Thank you!

I visited Ryman's at Regent Street -- good stationery is my weakness, good pens more so. It has a wide collection. I was especially impressed with the super helpful staff. Sten made a lasting impression on me as a visitor. I'd never have known that I could buy a whole year's worth supply of pen and refills. Stay blessed.

Went to rymans to buy a pen today and although selection wasn't amazing I found one I wanted and the customer service was far better than in the premium pen shop we visited just before. Shakir was prompt in assisting us and very polite professional and patient while he allowed me to choose the model I ultimately wanted. While we made a final decision he jumped back to help his colleague but as soon as he saw we were ready he finished the transaction with us. Thanks Shakir you made our visit to rymans memorable for all the right reasons

Steve customer service in the print section of Rymans was excellent. He was helpful and professional, made some suggestions and was very courteous. Sasha's customer service underpinned the level of professionalism that Rymans Regents Street have in abundance. Always a pleasure to shop in Rymans. 5* service, highly recommended. Always happy to pop in, staff is kind and helpful, going extra mile without being obvious with up-selling etc. don’t want to butcher the gents name but he was extremely professional today, and would like to recognize him. The auth number on the receipt ends with 770 maybe that helps
