O2 Shop London - Tottenham Court Road

I visited the store today to sort out an eSIM and I couldn't have been more impressed with the service. The gentleman who served me was really busy, dealing with multiple customers but providing personalised, friendly and efficient service to each of us. He kindly managed to solve my problem, actively looking for solutions rather than a 'computer said no' approach. Genuine desire to help is hard to come by these days but his gentleman was certainly of this mindset. An asset to O2.

Went into the store to upgrade my phone and I was served by Shea, I am so grateful for his help! He was super friendly and professional, will definitely be returning back to this 02 store for any future support with my 02 contract. Thank you Shea !

Rayyan was the person who served me today, gave me detailed information on the Samsung galaxy 24 ultra in black. Was very helpful and informative.

Fantastic service from the Manager, he made sure I got help from the lovely Hudo, she's a jedi with technical support. My phone still needs replacing but these guys did their best to help, cheers all.

I had a lovely exchange with a staff member by the name of Maria. She dealt with my queries with the utmost professionalism and proceeded to reduce my contract to a sim only; stating all the relevant information I needed to know, in a clear and understandable way.

Went to get a SIM card staff was very helpful. Didn’t just recommend or try to sell the most expensive option but actually recommended the one that would be best for the number of days I needed it for! and they set it up for me and everything!

An excellent job was carried done. This is the only Guru at Tottenham Court Road 02 store that could repaired my phone.

I knew I was due an upgrade and popped in during my lunch break. Service was really good which was surprising! I used to have a Blackberry but got the new iPhone and Ryan the Guru was amazing. He moved all my stuff over and showed me how to use the basic things on the iPhone so I didnt look like an idiot in front of people.

The downstairs area I didnt even know existed but it was really cool and calm place to get this all or sorted. I have since popped back in about 3 times every time I work out a new thing I dont know how to do and each time Ryan has been amazing.

If you need a phone but also dont want the usual hassle of phoneshops this place is cool.

One of the better O2 stores I've seen. Newly decorated. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of meeting rooms downstairs available for hire although the WiFi Internet connection can have issues.

First found the 02 Workshop on Twitter then came to a Linkedin event a few weeks ago. Love the environment, bright and airy. Facilities available such as wifi, printing, tea etc! Nothing is too much trouble from the team here. I work from home so it is a great place to feel part of a happy office environment.

I have really enjoyed working at the o2 workshop space in Tottenham Court Road today - my first time using a 'flexi' work space! It's an attractive and comfortable space - good lighting. I appreciated the free tea and banana! I would definitely use this space again - a calm oasis in convenient area.
