I found a great deal online and as I had cash, Jennifer was on hand to take me through buying a Habitat bedside lamp. The staff were well trained and very polite and helpful.

Tina was very helpful and genuinely really kind. She helped me with my issue and answered all my questions regardless of the fact i called during the very busy xmas weekend. Thankyou :) x

I was served by this really sweet young lady, Afsana!! She was very kind and patient and honestly had the best sense of humour whilst I was being very indecisive on the colour of the laptop I was buying! She seemed very well informed with the products and made it much easier for me to decide what I wanted! The service she provided I hope to see EVERYWHERE I GO FR!!! Friendly and approachable and very very charismatic!! Argos have a great staff on their hands and I wish her all the success in whatever she does!! Love the laptop btw!! Thank you Afsana :)

I went here to collect a few items that I ordered online. I went here straight after work, probably during the peak time. I had to wait like 10 minutes which is not too bad. I have been served by a really knowledgeable and a kind guy called Roshid. A well maintained Argos store in Central London. Thanks Argos for the superb service :)

Argos is great and all, can get a good deal but what made the shop so good was Mo's help, kindness and calm. He is an outstanding sales assistant and went above and beyond, also knew the store stock so well. Thanks Mo.

Very good. As soon as I walked in I was assisted by friendly staff. They tended my needs and swiftly gave me what I ordered.

I needed a new charging cable for my Garmin Venu 2 smart watch. Curry's, John Lewis and Selfridges told me that I would need to go online if I wanted to buy a new charger without also buying a new watch. Argos proved them wrong and sold me a new charger by itself for £25.99. Result! Thank you Argos.

I visited the store to make 3 large collections and was assisted by Jonathan who is an absolute credit to the store.
Very helpful, friendly polite and knowledgeable, tbh I was pleasantly surprised as have not been assisted like this in any store before.
Felt the need to leave a review as was assisted carrying my boxes to a taxi also and this is not in anyone's job title. TOP MAN.
Bravo Tottenham Court road a great worker who takes pride in his job.
When leaving I was carrying boxes and another member of staff offered to help also.

I returned to the store two days later and was sadly let down by two young ladies who wouldn't help me to a taxi not in their job I know and they told me this, but common sense is needed sometimes and kindness.
Shame after some staff members Jonathan went above and beyond and receive such a glowing review for the store.

Ordered online and went to pick up an hour later. Was able to go straight to the fast track line and my items were already prepared.

Has been recently been renovated. Looking pretty nice, with a large floor plan and plenty of tablets to order from.

It was great service and help from this Gentleman Jonathan as Trading Support manager , I have spend all day to update my address and cancel one of my Oder but didn’t go through, and Jonathan did it with 2 minutes phone call ,
He should get paid more I think, he works better then all argos systems

Went to pick up something up for my Mother who had purchased something on Fast Track. Gave the friendly Cashier the FT code and PIN and literally received my item 15 seconds later. They do not mess about! 15 seconds!!! I rate this Argos, especially their FastTrack, a solid 15/10 :D

I had brought a data sim but when I needed to replace the old sim I found out that it was missing I.e the packet was completely empty and I had paid £25 for nothing. By this stage I had thrown away the receipt. Went back to the store and they gave me a new sim with no complaints or difficulties. I thought it would be such a process as I couldn’t prove the sim had been missing other then having an empty packet. They just took me on my word which was very nice of them and much appreciated.

If they could look into their SIM cards being taken that would be great as the reviews of the vodaphone data 15gb sim seems to suggest it’s not just me that’s found a empty packet when they get home…

I don't normally leave google reviews for such large commercial outlets, but on leaving the Tottenham Court Road store this Friday afternoon I decided to change this. And, I'll tell you for why...I was served by the fantastic Amit who was rushed off his feet but found the time and patience to process my refund with ease. Absolutely, fantastic customer service!

I want to specifically mention a lady called Victoria....She is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable.
Very patient with my unending questions about specific products.

If you are not from UK and not familiar with Argos, this could be a positively interesting experience. This location is listed as “department store” but it is really a digital department store. You can order items ahead and pick up. But the interesting this is that you don’t have to pre-order unlike amazon pick up locker.
The reason for my visit was that my portable steamer broke (yes I travel with one and it is a life saver). After going to another department store that did not have it, a clerk recommended to check out Argos. I walked into this store, browsed and picked items on tables located on the floor. After that, if the product is listed available, you can simply go to cashier and pay for the product. Worked like a magic. Now I have a travel steam iron that can convert between 110-127 and 220-240V!
