A really beautiful store. So refreshing. I had been going to London for all of my clothes until I came accros a Fenwick. A great selection.

Had the best shopping experience from Louisa in the fragrance section. She introduced my girlfriend to a new brand she has never smelt before and found her the perfect fragrance. Louisa knew everything down to the ingredients about every single fragrance and really gave us a wonderful experience! Thank you Louisa, an absolute credit to fenwick Colchester!

We visited the store today and was welcomed by every member of staff in the store which was refreshing .the ambience was bright and airy and reminded us of stores in the sixties when customer service was outstanding . Coffee at Cafe Nero in store with classical music lovely

Absolutely brilliant coffee shop, they allow dogs into the restaurant, makes it so much nicer. Plus the store staff are always friendly, especially when you have a dog 👍

Well lit, very clean, and a great range of all types of goods. Was my first visit. It will not be my last. A lot of choices all good value. Staff were extremely helpful.

Very expensive, I'm surprised it's still trading. Staff are miserable as miserable can be, mainly because they have very little to do, also they need to understand that they need to be pleasant to the customer and have knowledge of their items. I've ranked it 5 as it is clean, but that's all that it has going for it. Bring back Williams and Griffin's, they knew how to look after the customers

I was extremely anxious going for a bra fitting, I was welcomed by Christian. She instantly made me feel at ease & I felt comfortable. I got a good variety of brands to try on. I highly recommend this store. Thank you so much Christian.

I just got home from a wonderful experience in this store. I was looking for a fragrance for my boyfriend’s birthday and the fragrance expert Ndadzemeterwa was an absolute delight. She was very generous and professional as well as the other staff I didn’t interact with as much. I left with a great fragrance and a great mood. Thank you to Fragrance department!

Today myself and partner were shopping in the fenwick in Colchester and came across a dress I was unsure of in ‘Forever New’. My partner asked for some help from the lady serving & she went above and beyond to make me feel special. She was very kind, enthusiastic and genuinely made me feel special. Safe to say, without her I probably would have talked myself out of the dress and moped for the rest of the day. this is probably the nicest shop in colchester town centre. i like going in there, just a nice place to be in. smells nice too.
