Excellent Local Shop Nuce staff, Sometimes short on common items though.

On a serious note my shopping bills have been slashed.
OK so it's not the usual brands but when just one weekly shop is nearly £40 cheaper it's a no brainer.

The store on St Andrews Avenue has everything is in its place. Always easy to find what I am looking for. Friendly staff. But I would definitely avoid the store on Abbot's Road. It's the 4th time when either they don't have products on the shelf, either the system doesn't work properly and the points on Lidl app are not added.

First time I have visited here. The car park is quite spacious. Store is light ,clean, well stocked and aisles quite wide. I think I prefer it to my nearer store. Also staff were very friendly and spoke. Only thing missing is self service tills.

We always shop there for our everyday needs.

I was at Lidl shop in Abbot Road Colchester this morning at 08:40am to buy some few items and the staff who served me at the cash till was very nice with a smile 😃 on her face. She makes me feel welcomed to the shop and I look forward to visit the shop again because of her kind gesture at the cash till. Keep it up

Lovely staff, clean and presentable. The Isle are similar in design between lidls makes it easy to find things. The alternating weeks are great bringing in different kinds of food and great deals

This place is good for value food shopping. Check the veg before you buy it to ensure you pickup good veg. Don't expect help packing and have your bags ready in the trolley as they scan fast. Overall you'll save 30% on your shopping here BARGIN!

My Husband says you can't fault it ,he goes there everyday, can't stop away very convenient for us ,only 5 minutes up the road .

Everything you want and expect from a large Lidl store. This one has all that, including my favorite - bakery and pastry section.

Spacious and always clean. Bakery is great and always have good offers, cheap fruit and veg. I just wish I didnt look in the bargain bins every time, so tempting to get way more than you went in for!

Always a good experience at this Lidl

This lidl is great, like most. The store is kept very clean daily, nothing on the floor that looked partially dirty, neither any other parts. The food is always fresh, up to date and delicious. Don't forget how affordable everything is on a budget. For the price of food compared to the quality is just excellent. I never have to wait long in queues long either, so that's a bonus! They have toilets, baby changing and fresh bakery goods. The toilets are very hygienic and cleaned frequently. The bakery food is delicious too.

It was a large spacey store. With an incredible smell of and being sold,fresh baking as you enter the store! Their food is very reasonably priced and in in some cases "dirt cheap" so as to speak. Very good! Highly recommend a browse through.

Hard working staff, always happy to help! Store is always tidy and decent parking area and clean customer toilets! Great deals and value for money, would recommend people to shop here to reduce your food bill!

Great location and large store with lots of produce. Car park is a decent size and there are toilets available for shoppers. Love the bakery here, it is always well stocked with fresh baked goods. It is in the front of the store so gets me everytime! Recommend the vegetable pizza slices and the tiger loaf.

Very good customer service, everything is always clean and tidy. Many cheap products with decent quality. Definitely worth to drive here.

One of the best lidl I've been to. Very clean, usually fully stocked. Now, they have prepared for Christmas so the options of feasts, snacks, desserts and drinks were mouth watering. Still convinced the staff are robots, one of my favourite supermarkets.

Friendly staff and a lovely shop, clean and easy to navigate around the aisles. This Lidl has a fantastic carpark with a good amount of disabled spaces, also has clean toilet facilities.

All that is good but there is one better thing in this Lidl and that's the bakery it's just the best.

I always used to shop at Aldi now I have to shop at Lidl even though its a mile further away from home.
