Staff are super lovely!

I was served by Claire who made really lovely small talk with myself and my little sister and was super helpful with the app which I’m useless at. Tilly made our drink for us which was perfect! Exactly as ordered and super speedy. When they heard it was my little sister birthday they really when above and beyond to make her feel special writing on her cup and give her a free chocolate coin :-) super happy girl!

This has amazing customer service and attention to detail, went in with a food allergy and they went above and beyond to help prevent any contamination of my drinks.

Really friendly staff. We were served by a young lady who apologised because she was new and wanted someone to check she'd done everything correctly. She'd got our order spot on. The almond croissant was really fresh, and the peach iced tea very refreshing.
It was rather noisy, due to there being high ceilings and wooden flooring, the customer area was very clean which was excellent. A very pleasant visit.

Very friendly helpful staff, especially Damo.

Just to say a massive thank you to the really kind barista on shift this morning who was so kind to me, as I sat crying in the car this morning. Had just had some sad news, and was trying hard to keep it together but just couldn’t and her kindness was so so appreciated. I hope she gets this message of thanks. She was so so lovely. It’s people like her who have no idea, but their gentle kind ways keep the world turning and people afloat more than they know.

The lady who served me Gemma (bit alternative looking) was amazing. She made sure I had everything I need, was keeping the place clean and gave me the most delicious coffee my taste buds were scintillated. Will defo return again in the future.

Took over ten minutes to receive our drinks and is wasn't that busy.

A swift reminder of how much I prefer Starbucks staff to the other chains.
Sammy, who served us, was super friendly and helpful. The key difference she showed was in offering to help make the drinks better for out needs, "oh if you want skinny milk you want sugar free?" And "dairy free milk? That an allergy I'll make sure the drink is all dairy free"
I just don't see that in other places.

Also, quick and clean, masks and all the expected covis stuff.

I have just used the drive through service at the Starbucks coffee shop at Tollgate Starbucks and was served by an extremely polite and courteous young man called Alex.
I showed him my Forces Discount card and after inputting the %Discount he thanked me for my service which completely threw me and is rare. It wasn't busy, so we chatted. What an absolute pleasure to be served by such a polite young man. If this is a reflection of the staff employed within Starbucks then other outlets certainly have there work cut out. Outstanding.

Puts other branches to shame.

I didn’t realise how much Starbucks could vary until visiting this drive through regularly upon moving into the area.

The staff are extremely diligent, polite and well mannered above and beyond the experience I’ve had at 99% of other Starbucks establishments.

The drive-thru queue can run slowly, but this is only because the staff correctly manage their workload as to not get overwhelmed and sacrifice on quality of service. I’ve been to far too many Starbucks drive-thru’s where the staff are trying to juggle in store and drive-thru orders which results in them not listening to your order and poorly making your drink (which is more common than you’d think).

The staff here always make the drinks exactly how they are supposed to - no badly made (or unmixed) drinks, or messy cups spilling all over your car.

To top it all off the staff are always polite and courteous. They should use this place as a training ground for other branches….

Always a lovely service! Everyone is very friendly and patient (because sometimes I haven't decided) and quick with orders!! Also they are very helpful in explaining what's in drinks etc for people that are slightly afraid to experiment with drinks!! Such a great addition to the town! Also they offer alternatives for people who are trying to stick to a diet!!

Thank you to the really kind member of staff working tonight. She was really thoughtful and went beyond her duty. It's good to know there are kind people in the world. Thankyou. You made my day.

My first time at this branch, and my first time at any Starbucks in a long time. I went their with my daughter and it was nearing their closing time so only a handful of people there at the time. I really loved the wide range of selections and the paninis we bought were amazing. The staff were very polite too. I observed the good dynamics between the two who were on duty and could tell that they work well together. I also loved the layout of the place and I think the decor really matched the mood I was in at the time. I plan to pop in more regularly from now on

Easy drive through. Staff very friendly , helpful and cheerful. Coffee is delicious, I had medium decaf latte and at Feb 2019 it cost £2. Yummy range of treats to eat. Comfy cafe to sit in. Recommend

Always get pumpkin spiced latte with cream on top. Recommend it.

Was served by a wonderful team member, I wasn't sure what I wanted so I asked them to surprise me! The strawberry sunrise was delightful!

Lovely Starbucks! Staff are friendly and efficient. My drink was made perfectly and really quickly. Lots of choice for seating, it's clean and comfortable. Toilets very clean too!
