I've been renovating my office and while I would say it is only a 3 star on what is available in store, that's not the staff's fault.

The staff are brilliant. No hard sell at you. Listened to what I wanted and I got just the right fit.

It's nice to see staff who care about their customers, so thank you.

But seriously Curry's stop making us go into store to get an idea on a product and then sending us home to order it.
Remember the old days when we could go in store and come out with lots of boxes?
Not one product was in store. Not one.

This may be good for your profit but it's killing our communities and wrecking jobs.

Dear sir madam. Came into your tollgate branch and got served by Jaime your manager this man has served me many times in different branches I purchased a phone on this occasion and he went to great lengths to not only help me but saved my precious photos and whilst serving and helping me he also managed to keep the store going with awnsers and other help I purchase a great deal from curry's and no good service is very hard to find this man is a really nice helpful guy and I hope this feedback gets back to him and should be promoted and held in the highest esteem many thanks. Bought a telly here. The service was initially slow but the Samsung fella stepped in a let me pick up my telly and pay without waiting for a sales person. Highly recommended.

Excellent assistant 20 Matthew, really helpful and understanding. Being elderly I struggle with technology but Matthew was so helpful and made my purchase so easy.

We went into Curry's (Tollgate, Stanway) to buy a new laptop, and Luke came to assist us.
We told him what we intended using it for and which features we wanted, and Luke came up with the exact same model that I'd previously looked at online.
He was knowledgeable and very patient, answering questions and explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way.
There was no hard sell, just very good customer service.

Far better experience than Ipswich store. Was buying I.T. equipment and Elliott help make the decisions easy. Even found us a better laptop for the same money.
Easy parking.

I had an issue with a product I had bought, everyone was trying what they could to help me and were really friendly. Josh came over after his break and was really helpful and fixed the problem for me.

5 stars for service , my friend was buying TV and got a professional TV sales man , he knew about TVs more than I needed to know 😅🥳 very useful info about size , brands and offers, now I know Sony tv is like iPhone in phone world , has own exclusive offers 👀😇

They left us alone to look but were close enough to be available. They answered all questions asked. There was a good range of products. Overall good service

Visited to upgrade 2 phones. Will was very helpful and made the whole process a lot less stressful. Good knowledge and customer care. Patient and explained everything well to get the best possible deal. Could not have asked for a better service! Will is a credit to your store.

After upgrading our phones yesterday, returned to the store today to collect phones and for set up. Were helped out by Joshua, James and Will who provided a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service. They were patient and couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you all for your help.

Visited today and was very impressed by a young assistant named Jason who was both knowledgeable and helpful.

last week. though of getting a new kettle.
found myself inside and left with a bosch bargain at under £30 .returned later and purchased a
bosch toaster to match very pleased with the service. I'm now thinking of a bosch coffee machine. ☕sure enough I returned and bought the
coffee machine. very pleased with the purchases.

Went into this store today, met Akexis. Explained we were after a free view antenna. he quickly establish where it would be used in relation to the transmitter and guided us to the correct bit of kit. He also should is a deal for Sky triple , exposing the advantages of the offer. What should be noted was that there was no pressure sales, just a very competent explanation. We also spoke to Ashley who was equally knowledgeable and helpful. The antenna worked perfectly! Thanks Alexis , a real credit . If you are going to this store ask for this guy by name !

I quite like this store. They seem to be more accommodating than most. They will send an email if an item is out of stock, to let you know if it comes in. They will remove old item and dispose of them responsibly, £20. and they are mostly friendly. Currently they have a very good range of products to choose from.

Had plenty of time to browse. Very knowledgeable staff who are pleasant and friendly. Loved that they don't try a hard sell on things like extended warranty

Visited here today to buy an oven. Was really unsure on what to buy. Was served by Jordan. What a lovely, patient and helpful guy he is. He gave really good advice, read all of the specifications out of the ovens I was interested in and was very patient and wasn't pushy at all. He even helped to put the oven into car. He was also very knowledgable.

Had a charger lead for my Huawei P30 Lite so I'm happy. Was late afternoon when I went there so was fairly quiet. Plenty of parking and I didn't have to queue so all good.
