After a bad experience at the Folkestone branch, it was a pleasant surprise to be given such a great service in the Ashford shop. Friendly staff who greet you when you enter the store, easy to find help with a smile and very positive results buying a new TV. Thank you Steve.

I went in with a very sick three month old microwave expecting a protracted "discussion" with staff about a refund. But no, once I outlined the issues, an apology and a full refund was offered.
So much better than online interactions with chatbots and them call centres. Thank you to Skye!
So guess where we are going to buy our new washing machine from? Currys Ashford store :-).

We purchased a new Air Fryer as the other had grown old and best to let it be recycled and a new life as a spoon or kettle . Our visit was nice and relaxing as the help from two staff members ( James & Philly ) couldn't be faulted as the assistance required for product decisions, payment and professional help in getting our product from shelf to car park . , we had such a relaxing experience that we looked around and will return soon for more items , this whole experience was achieved as the two staff members were so professional at all times they know the products well and customer focused skills second to none . well done much appreciated.

Tyler was very helpful and respectful today with my TV purchase. I visited today and he was very attentive and answered all my questions. Very friendly and did not hesitate to answer my queries. He helped me pick what i was after and i am very satisfied with my purchase.

Very helpful customer service. Expert advice was given every time I needed it. I have had issues with a TV that I bought and had to go in the store a few times. I was greeted with a smile and very helpful staff members in particular Tyler.

Walked in asked to buy a cooker , bought it had it delivered 4 days later. Fabulous service.

Popped in this morning needing help with home security. The Internet seemed a minefield and I'm not very technical. Tyler was extremely helpful, talked us through the pros and cons, gave us all our options, told us about additional extras we could add on etc. Just a shame you didn't have stock for us to buy the products. 10 out of 10 customer service from Tyler though so thank you.

Excellent! Incredible customer service, while shopping for a laptop. They made us very aware of store procedure with Covid19. Excellent communication with employees and made us aware exactly why we happened to be waiting at that time. Buying process was super quick and easy. Tyler was so helpful with answering any questions we had, explaining warranty period and customer support agreement. Overall 10/10 👌
