10/10 customer service, the lady is so lovely ever since the store opened. Always come here !!

So horrible staff. Specially that lady staff. She told everyone she is the manager at that shop. She doesn’t like customer come to collect the parcel. She is so rude. Another staff is nice.

The lady who says she’s manager is so rude and unpleasant. No customer skills whatsoever, if she’s not happy to be there she should work elsewhere and let someone else do the job - avoid at all costs - will never go in again!
