I came into the Balham store a couple of days ago regarding a few issues I was having with my phone bill and some other questions that I had.
I had spoke to a very lovely lady called Shannon and she was absolutely brilliant she managed to get my billing issue sorted within a matter of minutes. I left the store extremely happy and relived that my issue was nothing to worry about she had talked me through why the issue started and how she had managed to rectify that issue again very happy with the service I received she is a true knowledgeable advisor 10/10 👍🏽

I was utterly lost regarding on how to transfer my number/contract at Vodafone. Gill displayed exceptional patience and exemplary customer service skills, going above and beyond to assist me.

In today's retail environment where self-service is encouraged, having the guidance of someone with expertise and a willingness to help, even when it is considered an additional service, truly makes a significant impact!

I was at the store today to replace a phone that got stolen and was helped by Sailen and he is just wonderful. So helpful and patient. Thank you Sailen for making my life a little easier today!

Nia and Sailen are a credit to their team and were patient with my questions. They were very knowledgeable, and helped me work out which wifi option was best for me!

Well. I ran into the store as had just dropped my phone down the drain. Nia could not have been more helpful.

Firstly Nia reassured me that as long as I know my Apple ID all would be well.

Then I sat together with Nia to check my data had been transferred onto my new device.

I went in and spoke to a man called Dre who helped sort out my issues on my account and he helped me to install my Vodafone app now I can see my whole account.

WOW the staff here are TOP QUALITY. They have can-do attitude. Friendly, helpful and patient. They went out of their way to help me make some changes to my sim only package. I was served by Sam who was fantastic and also had help from Sailen who was great too. I will always go to this branch in the future. Thank you!

Really good service...I had to visit there twice. The day before their systems were down so could not collect my new phone. Went back the following day the service was seamless, very professional, curtess and polite. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I will definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Sam Jolly as the person to speak to at Vodafone Balham. He was the only one who was able to solve my long-standing issue with Vodafone. Nobody else was able to help me.
