Daniel who served me today was fantastic saved me so much on my bill and got me a great deal on my price plans. He was professional and knowledgeable about the products and offers. I have told all my friends to visit the EE shop in Balham

Dan and his team are very relaxed and helpful.

Had an issue with my Uncles phone. The charger would not go in as it was clogged up.

Rather then doing that they kindly cleaned it out for me saving me much time and hassle.

They were very proffesional and polite on the phone as well which is more then you can say for most phone shops.

I came in after having my phone stolen the previous week and needing to get a new sim card. The team couldn't have been more helpful, sitting me down to not only sort the new sim but also help me set up the phone and restore from back up. They also talked me through what i needed to know about the device including how easily it can break when dropped. they didn't hard sell but made recommendations that i really appreciated. It took a few hours to set up and they chatted away with me the whole time and were incredibly friendly. I so appreciated their kindness and honesty after what had happened and couldn't recommend the team at this store enough. Thank you again!

Excellent, relaxed customer service! I've always felt uncomfortable doing business in EE stores, and this was my first really positive experience. As soon as I entered I was paid attention to so didn't feel ignored. I was professionally transferred to talk to another advisor after an introduction with a jovial and friendly first contact advisor. The advisor JOSEPH wasn't too official thus putting me at ease. He explained everything THOROUGHLY. He really put in his best effort to find the best options for me personally. The three EE customer service advisors worked nicely as a team, helping each other which was great to see. So the main positive factor was the positive atmosphere in there. These days it's not common to get this sort of enthusiastic and sincerely good customer service - and especially when you get it from young people I appreciate it even more!

I had a very positive experience in EE today. I believe that the new manager is tasked with improving the customer experience and he did that very well today. He went over and above the call of duty (and this did not involve selling me anything). I am a mum of 2, I live in Balham and I have absolutely no connection to this shop or the staff, I just wanted to post a good review as a sincere thank you to the shop today - I was saved a lot of money. Worth another try if you have had a bad experience in the past.

Joel was great! He really helped me get a good deal and answered all my questions effectively. People like him is why going into the retail store is better than self-service online. Thank you for all the help today!

I'm disabled a I informed the assistant manager. She was rude a pushy . I had to wait while she attended to others all she wanted was a sale no customer service at all . Later I found out that the store is a franchise store and they have their own rules . Don't ever go there you will be scammed.

Very good store, very helpful . The customer service was very good especially paris and inham help me with my different contracts and setting up all i needed. They were very respectful towards me and my mum.
