O2 Shop London - Wood Green

My wife and I were recently assisted by Melissa at the O2 shop, and we were thoroughly impressed. Her ability to multitask was remarkable, managing our needs while attending to other tasks seamlessly. Melissa's advice was not only knowledgeable but also perfectly tailored to our needs. Her professionalism, combined with her friendly and patient demeanour, made our experience exceptionally positive. We highly appreciate Melissa's help and commend her for her exemplary customer service. She is indeed an asset to the O2 team.

Firstly, I never leave reviews- so this is a big deal.
Unfortunately I have had a lot of issues with 02 (over the phone) since there was fraud on my account at the end of last year. Whenever I have inquired about any issues in store, (Wood green in particular) they have always made a huge effort to solve said issues.
Long story short- my phone was disconnected when it should not have been- and after two hours on the phone, and the unbelievably incredible service from store advisor Bolly- the problem was sorted!
Bolly was very warm, welcoming, and kind. He genuinely cares about the customer, and you can feel that within the first five minutes of being in his presence. Promote this man immediately! 😌

This 5 star review is specifically for Amira. She really really tried to help me out with an ongoing fraud issue on my account. She was great. O2 generally, 0 stars. Amira, 5 stars. Thank you for trying so hard to help (and hopefully fixing!) something others could not or could not be bothered to help with.

Met a lovely worker called Melisa who was the most attentive& sympathetic as I came in frustrated! Would definitely recommend she was brilliant

A few days ago I had the pleasure of being served at this place. Mikona is a wonderful employee of this store. After a very unpleasant experience with another company before. Thanks to this woman, I understood again what good customer service is. Mikona found the perfect deal for me and explained everything step by step. Despite my million questions, she did not lose her patience and answered every "strange" question I had with a smile on her face. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, I did not receive an SMS to evaluate her work. But I hope that one of her superiors will see my opinion and appreciate what a great employee they have in the team. I recommend it with all my heart! ❤❤❤

Great experience here. The staff member who served me was very friendly and explained all of the deals going. She also showed me the monthly payments for each contract plan in detail so I knew what deal would be best to proceed with. Overall 5 stars!

Big thanks to Guru David. I came in with a problem with my phone. Even though the problem was completely my own fault he was still sympathetic. We spent 45 minutes trying to get it sorted. David was very patient. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received.

Anthony the Guru of wood green is a Legend. out of all the o2 store i have Gone to, to see the Gurus. .. he is by far Most patient, Most skilled at what he does.

he is moving to the new o2 store in White city. will be see ing him there. I strongly recommend him to everyone who has any issues with their phone or who even wants to know how to use their phone.
