I had a great experience at my local supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized. The prices were reasonable, and the selection was excellent. I will definitely be shopping there again!

I went in today to get a phone with my dad. The lady who worked there, Yoshi, went above and beyond to help us and give good advice. We really appreciated the great customer service. And my dad is very happy with his new phone!

Impressed by the great variety it offers. The ground floor is efficiently laid out with a wide selection of food and cleaning products, while the upstairs section caters to clothing and home items. The organization makes for a seamless shopping experience, and the diverse range of products ensures there's something for everyone. Clean and well-maintained environment. Overall, a positive and convenient shopping destination.

Large store with huge selection and excellent parking and accessibility. Usually busy so factor in a short queue for checkout in your time plan. Staff are helpful. Only downside is the large number of Tesco staff trolleys picking up online shopping orders which rather clog the (wide) aisles. If you don't want a significant walk, choose a smaller outlet.

The car park is big, it has click and collect bay area. Inside there's Harris and Hooke plus Costa express machine. Also H&B shop too. There is public toilet inside. The upstairs has electronic and home appliance and clothes. The staff are very helpful, so if you can't find an item they will help you. Opposite the car park area there is petrol station and car wash

Over two floors huge shopping facility from veg to beauty products, homeware to clothes. Great prices. Easy shopping experience. Friendly helpful staff throughout. Fresh baked bread in many tempting variations.

Love the clothing department. Good choice of brands and own ranges in grocery department. Friendly helpful staff. Easy parking.

Big Tesco's in New Malden, just off the A3. Everything that you would expect from a Tesco's, busy Saturday afternoon, well managed, plenty of staff everywhere keeping the ques moving.

Quiet when I was in not always the case. Our shopping habits have changed. Light & airy I did not encounter any rude people. Staff are helpful. Good stock of products.

2 floors 2nd floor accessible by rollator or lift. Very well stocked and clean.
You would be pushed to find any household item they don’t sell.
It’s my go to all under one roof shop

All I can say. It's big. Seem to have everything. Friendly staff. Clean

Great store with pretty much everything you could want.

A proper massive Tesco, all the tills open. But they go on about plastic waste when three tiny items from deli counter are in three full size cooked chicken bags.......

I shop regularly at Tesco New Malden with my young autistic son. Today whilst shopping he became very overwhelmed whilst at the checkout and the gentleman serving me was very kind and helpful at telling another customer to give us some space. Another member of staff also brought over some tokens for my son to play with and spoke very gently to him. I hope they see this comment and know how much I appreciate their kindness.

I am not a regular shopper at Tesco but on the occasions that I do visit it's always a really good experience, it's well laid out, really easy to move around, it's well organised and to be honest it is the only supermarket that I can honestly say is actually a very pleasant experience, I'm not a fan of shopping but I do find shopping here really easy, just a shame it's one of the more expensive supermarkets otherwise I would definitely make this my regular store.

Nice and cool on a very hot day. Only a small list but got everything we needed. Pleasant cashier.
