A good tesco with a wide variety of stock. It was clean and the staff helpful

The pharmacy is outstanding, and the main reason we continue to shop at this store.

Lara exhibited exceptional knowledge, addressing my queries with confidence and clarity. She was patient demonstrating empathy and thorough in ensuring I had a complete understanding of my medications to provide to my son.

The pharmacist also contributed significantly to the positive experience, seamlessly completing tasks and demonstrating a strong grasp of the necessary knowledge.

Ideal location as it’s not too far from the main hospital and the hospice is down the road. You can drive or walk here and there is good links to m20, and public transport. As you walk in there is always something on sale, you have mobile phones or contracts near the customer service, the pharmacy on the other end of the store near a bakery. The isles are divided into sections for different items to be more easily identified and there is a male section and women section for specific hygiene needs. They is plenty of staff around to support as needed. They are also additional discounts available to club card holder, I also the three scan and go shopping.

Lived at ashford for 6 weeks, cooked many meals and always had a splendid time visiting Tesco. It’s huge and has such a wide variety of items, you’ll never get bored there 😆

Good store for shopping. Easy access for disabled parking, toilets, free parking, petrol ststion, electric car charging points, pharmacy ,cafe, lottery ticket, Children's & babyware, woman & men's clothing, beer wine and spirits. even a car wash. Almost, all the shopping need, in one store!

Very clean, lots of choice of products and great deals. Easy to access from the M20.

My first visit to this store and I found it to be clean ,plenty of room in the aisles and the staff were very friendly and eager to help , lots of parking and easy to access.
Although not as big as the other Ashford store and some products sold out , I will be happy to shop there again

What a lovely experience. Went in to stock up on some home comforts before heading back to our current home in Germany via the tunnel. Lovely clean shop that had everything we wanted and more and even a cooler so we could stock up on chilled and frozen goodies too. But the highlight was our cashier, a lovely older lady with grey hair and glasses, she wore gloves, didn't catch her name. She was just so kind and friendly. Chatted away to our son and told us all about the local charities Tesco was supporting so we could decide where to put our tokens. She was so nice and we left feeling happy and nostalgic. ❤

24 hour petrol station.
Good sized teaco store.
Easy to get in and out of.
Clearly signposted.

Visited on my way to and from Dover.

Busy but moving quite quickly. Nice to see cashiers on desks serving customers instead of all self service.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Jack and pharmacist George. I had a serious problem with a family member and needed desperate help. They both went far beyond the call of duty. They saved a problem from getting really serious. Thank you both so much.

Home deliveries 5 star and a shout out to young James Lavender who always has a friendly and professional manor. In a time when recruiting staff is becoming difficult James is an asset to Tesco and even tells me about the training that Tesco is providing him with. How refreshing to hear he wants to better himself and that he speaks highly of the support his employer is providing him with training. Thank you Tesco's Crooksfoot and James!

Very clean and organised. Arrows throughout the store, sometimes they are not flowing the direction as i have to go back two shelf to get to where i need to but besides that. Staff very nice and helpful. Only store that is disinfecting the trolley at entrance. Thank you for prioritising NHS staff and giving NHS ❤hot cross buns. Wish you did more choc chip hot cross buns. I cant find them these days but i absolutely love them. Fresh and delicious but this tesco store is always been the place for me to go and shop.

Would like to thank the young gentleman working at Tesco crooksfoot this morning. I left my handbag in the trolley outside in the car park and he found it and handed it in. I'm so very grateful to this young man for this act of kindness and honesty. You should be proud to have such a young man working for you at Tesco and I would like to think that he will be praised and congratulated by his colleagues and Peers for his thoughtfulness. I was overwhelmed to have my personal belongings back.

....But when I accidentally left my card behind in the machine, she was wonderful enough to run out & find me in the car park & return my card.

Really helpful staff! I struggle with poor eyesight and have had lots of help from often very busy staff. Today “Jodie” from customer services helped me to sort out a pack of mini cheddars which contained barbecue and cheese & onion flavour instead of... well-cheddar flavoured cheddars! Usually different coloured packs indicate different flavours but this was yellow just like the cheddar flavoured ones. She was very kind and helped me out. Much appreciated!

Just wanted to say thank you for opening early for NHS employees, despite how busy it still was all your staff were smiling, friendly and helpful, and the free flowers for mothers day was a lovely touch, thank you again.

Fantastic management of traffic during petrol issues. Well done to all the staff involved, especially for keeping on top of chancers trying to skip queues!
