Staff always warm and approachable, very kind, and more than happy to help where needed. Any mishaps are always profusely apologised about.

Never had a bad experience at Fareham store. Staff always helpful, expect one that is always rude and miserable. They don’t always have the medications that I need, but always order them in so I can collect on a later date. Over all the pharmacy staff are very good.

Never answer the phone, my daughter had a really bad eye and went through private healthcare to try and sort. In which they prescribed my daughter emergency medication . The woman behind the desk started questioning me about what the problem was etc, in which I explained. She then started being sassy saying why are you doing that? And why are you giving my daughter that. To which I responded with “I’ve just had a private doctor refer me this prescription and why you are asking that is none of your business”. She tried to play doctor, and was very rude and tried to make me feel small.
Once I told her I’d seen a private doctor etc she soon shut up. Why should I have to fight to get drugs or medications from them. The people behind me were also shaking their heads. I’m never rude to anyone. But this made a situation harder than what it should have been. It turned what should be a pop in to the pharmacy, a stressful situation.

Rude and un called for behaviour, leave it to the professionals that have all the imformation. I know they have a duty of care, but prescribed drugs. It’s like questioning me on my diabetes type one with insulin dosage, and then making it hard for me to get my insulin. It’s not their business, it’s been prescribed for a reason.

Got them after a small battle and getting stressed out 🤦‍♂

Why have a phone if you don’t answer it! Been trying for two days to get through… because I was told when I went in to collect my prescription to call before going back as there were missing items. . Answer the phones when you provide the service and instruct customers to call first

Repeat prescription lost. This has happened twice in 6 months have had to re order might not get new pills before old ones run out which will put my health at risk.

Most miserable people ever. Completely ignored me and carried on with prescriptions
