Had a terrible experience at carpet right so left and went to carpet news. Excellent professional service, got what we needed.

So far so good. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. A large range of carpets and flooring at various prices to suit everyone's pocket. Having our carpets fitted on a day that suited us which they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Just hoping we'll be happy with the fitting.

A first class experience. Visited the well stocked shop and was given expert advice leaving me to decide with professional friendly staff from ordering to installation. All work in every room carried out on time with no mess left after finishing. Would recommend for a totally professional job at a very competitive price.

Mark Chambers was excellent as our nominated Carpet News fitter. He worked hard and fast on his own to fit bedroom, landing and stairs carpets to a high standard and went the extra mile for us. A polite friendly personality who was a pleasure to talk to and have in our home and a good representative of Carpet News. It's also the second time he has done work for us over the last year or so, so we were glad it was him that came to do the fitting.

Very helpful and efficient service from start to finish. Good selection of carpet and vinyl at a very attractive price. Paul gave us good advice and offered us a range suitable options for what we needed. Fitters were polite and tidy. Easy to deal with and highly recommended.

Customer service,product choice and price made it easy for us to go ahead and purchase are carpets from Carpet News. After extensive search looking at carpets and getting quotes it made our decision a no brainer. The fitters were very friendly and professional.

We've just had a new floor in our kitchen and hallway supplied and fitted by Carpet News and we are completely happy with the final result. The prices they charged for both the flooring and the fitting were very reasonable and the service we had was everything we had hoped it would be. We would definitely recommend them.

Great experience. Helpful staff in shop and a very keen price. The 2 lads that fitted the carpet were polite and hard grafters. I will be going back to Carpet News in the next couple of months for the next carpet as I slowly do up my house.

Had a carpet fitted in our Lounge/Dinner which is a very big room and stairs and landing. The prices were great and the fitting was perfect. No issues at all, very happy.

Great service from a gent this afternoon who was very informative and went out of his way to help us find our ideal carpets.Rooms being measured up this weekend and If the price is right we will definitely purchase from here.
