Absolutely perfect for a one night stopover at a budget rate in London! The bed was so soft and the room was quiet, I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow! The service was incredible and the location was great - a short walk from Euston! I’ll definitely be staying again, thank you!

Very friendly staff and just a stones throw from King's Cross Station. I booked last minute so the price was very reasonable and the room was perfectly acceptable, with modern fittings and the only real issue being a few stains on the carpet.

If you’re headed to London ( House of Toby’s Hotel) is worth checking out small and cosy. The room is nice and clean everything you need to make your stay exceptional bed comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Great price value will be coming back in the future.

Perfect location. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We got the quadraple room. It was clean and surprisingly large. Another pro was the air conditioning👌🏻

Great location 8 minute walk from Kings Cross, we used the tube and bus to get around London from here which was great. Friendly reception, clean room alittle on the small side but for the money it was good

Amazing hotel with lovely helpful staff . We had the quad family room spotlessly clean . Only down size was the stairs as no lifts in old buildings . Will deffo be returning here .

Small hotel in former pub building located close to Kings Cross station. Rooms are clean and well furnished. The bed was comfy and the rainfall shower had plenty of hot water. Continental buffet breakfast (£7.50) was good quality with plenty of choice. The staff we interacted with were friendly and keen to help. The room rate was really good for London. We would definitely stay here again

Stayed here with my daughter as part of our Journey to Paris via the EuroStar, and after traveling through London in hot conditions it was such a relief to get into our air conditioned room (which had been on ready for us). The staff were fantastic and will 100% be staying again.

This hotel was amazing! Front staff(maybe he is a manager) has a great hospitality. Cleaners always keep our room perfectly clean. I want to recommend this hotel highly!

A hidden gem!
House of Toby is a gentle 10-minute walk from King's Cross Station and across the road from a co-op and several great dining options. Transport can be arranged to the front door (privately or by the front desk) and they will try to facilitate early or late check in/out if requested. Bags can be left before and after check in/out with no charge and there is CCTV monitored by front desk staff throughout the building.
All staff are very friendly and ready to help!
Rooms are modern, very clean and a great size. The showers are giant head showers (wonderful!!) and are easily accessed. Plenty of storage, adjustable thermostat and quiet as rooms are spread out into two doors at each point (so no long corridors with high foot traffic etc).
Absolutely lovely stay and now my first choice for future stays in London.

Good for location, right by kings cross station and a 10 minute bus to Camden market. Breakfast was decent, was mostly pastries and cereal tho. The room was the same as how it looked online so no surprises, and good price for a triple in london

Stayed for two nights with our family. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean and large enough for the four of us. Breakfast was great with a range of different foods to suit everyone. The location is excellent, very close to the stations.
We will definitely stay again on our next visit and will recommend to family and friends.

I stayed here for one night. The first thing to say is that the staff are just great. It is such a friendly place and very relaxed. The location could not be better for Central London as you can be in King's x Station within a 2-minute walk. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and a good rain shower. I didn't have breakfast as I was in a rush in the morning, but it all smelled very good! Really reasonable price for the night for what you get - good value for money.

Unfortunately the event I was attending in London, has been cancelled, meaning my trip has also been cancelled now frustratingly I apologise for the inconvenience.

I really appreciate all the help and support which was provided to me by all the staff invovled whilst helping me with my booking.

Next time I am in London, the House of Toby will definitely by my first choice.

Booked here for business and was looked after so well. The welcome and hospitality was awesome and got great service from Nnirmal Patel whose attention to detail and personal service was outstanding. Location was brilliant. I had 1st floor room which was a single and even very small, it was so comfortable and clean. I stayed 5 days, and then went back a week later for a night. I will definately
