Greg Pearson was amazing help to buying our house quickly and efficiently, we hit a few snags in the process due to ex issues however he managed to keep it professional and still achieved a good time scale. I spoke to we buy any home on a whim not thinking I would be able to transact with them, when I got into the nuts and bolts of the process I was amazed how straight forward it was. They honoured their word all throughout and worked hard to make sure my initial offer from them matched my future valuation. So impressed all round.

When I first contacted we buy any home I was in a really bad position, I needed to get out my house and know exactly what I was getting for it. They were effortless to deal with and more importantly they paid exactly what they originally offered and were actually at the exact same value as the surveyor. I know from historically selling my houses that this rarely happens. Very Impressive!

I first encountered We Buy Any Home because I wanted to sell my home fast due to relocation. I looked into the company and knew it would be less than market value but the valuation I received compensated the fact I need to sell fast. As I was happy with valuation, which was a little under market value I dealt with a couple of nice people and the timescales in the process were pretty good! I thought I would be waiting months to sell my home

We rented and they sold the house to we buy any home. We was given notice and we was really worried about this with prices going up and my partner being disabled. I can not praise Haydn enough for instantly putting our worries to rest and reassuring us he would help every step of the way. Daisy and Abby were fabulous and both worked really hard to get the sale pushed through quickly . Due to the current market we did accept a lower offer than given at the beginning and after the survey this offer came down again but due to the monetary crisis we accepted the offer as Daisy fought for us to get a better price .

From start to finish, they delivered what they promised at the beginning.
Communication I cannot fault, always kept in touch via email/phone.
We entered this as we had our eye on a dream home, and wanted to get a guaranteed sale in place. Yes we could potentially have sold for more on the open market, but there are no guarantees. Thankfully we were in a position to accept the reduced offer in order to secure our onward purchase.
Massive thanks to Tom, who I probably hounded more than I should have done. He never failed to respond to my queries, or give me updates - feels like he was the absolute key to us getting where we wanted to be. Yes, there was a small reduction in final offer based on valuations/surveys, but this was explained to us in a clear and helpful manner.
Also Abby was always helpful. And I'm sure I have missed off other names (apologies!).
Bottom line - you will not get market value for your property, and you will be made aware of this at the outset. This may or may not suit some people. Luckily it suited us, and we could not be happier!

** Update 27/10/2020 - the £500 Clean & Tidy redemption amount was released exactly 2 weeks after completion date - again, exactly as described (although if you leave your property in a mess, don't expect to get it back.. simple!) **

We used We Buy Any Home to sell our flat. The process was really smooth. It took us longer than we expected because of the cladding regulations affecting the properties at the moment but we were really happy to be able sell and to get on with our lives.

I am sure we could and achieved more had we waited and sold privately but frankly speaking that would have taken years.

I think the true test of any decision like this is would you make it again now you know the outcome? In this instance my answer would be YES.

Brilliant service. I needed to sell my dads house to pay for care home fees and this company was brilliant from start to finish. No hassle and completion was really quick. I would thoroughly recommend them and have already told friends who need to sell quickly about my experience.

My case was a difficult one to manage both due yo covid and extensive work undergoing on the property.

Though I was at first somewhat sceptical about the claims made in their ad it turned out they were able to expedite the process of buying my property exactly as set out on their website.

Their staff are friendly and efficient, and as a seller, I was spared the vast majority of the paperwork and all of the legal fees normally associated selling a property. Also, most importantly for me, the sale was quick. I didn't have to deal with lot's of viewings or wait months for potential buyers to sort out whatever chains they were in.

In summary, if you're looking for a quick uncomplicated sale these are your go to people.

I found the whole process with WBAH pretty faultless. Right from my initial enquiry the communication I received was excellent, all the way through to the completion of the sale of my property. Chelsea, who was handling everything, kept in touch regularly and there were no issues arising from the fact that we had to wait for a few months until the tenant in my property moved out. The agreement was tied down early and then we just completed when we were able to. I would be happy to recommend WBAH.
