Absolutely amazing hotel! Walkable to literally all the major attractions, public transportation, and shops/restaurants. Our room was very very clean and spacey. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The best part of this hotel is the staff, hands down. Lovely people who are always helpful, smiling, and friendly! Million took us on a tour of the hotel and pointed out some historical locations near by, he was so lovely and really helped make our stay that much better! I will never stay anywhere else in London, this hotel has it all!!

This hotel might be perfect. The location is walking distance from fabulous restaurants, theatre, 3 Tube stations, culture, and history. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful and you can see it from anywhere in the neighborhood. The staff were absolutely accommodating and went above and beyond several times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The room itself was spacious and well laid-out and the hotel restaurants and in-room dining had lots of options, especially the breakfast buffet - full English breakfast fixings, pastries, cereal, juices/coffee/tea, breads, etc. They had everything. We will absolutely be back!

It was also shockingly quiet for being so close to the hustle and bustle of the city.

Beautifully presented building, steeped in history and the walls are adorned with artwork and period features. We went for afternoon tea and we were extremely well looked after by Raja our server who could not do enough to make our visit welcoming and comfortable. Located close by to The Embankment and easy walking distance to central locations. The interior was really special and the afternoon tea was out of this world. I would certainly go again.

One of the best locations in London. So easy to get anywhere in the capital.
The rooms may be a little tired but the size of the rooms and location more than make up for them.
The beds are comfortable, bed linen and pillows are great and the room has everything one would need.
The staff are outstanding from reception to the bar.
The concierge to the doorman are always ready to assist, breakfast is also very good.
The price is reasonable for central London, I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I came to London for our 15 year wedding anniversary. It was our first trip here and I hoped it would be everything my research discovered. It indeed was! The hospitable front desk staff upgraded our room for our anniversary and we had a view of the London Eye. The location was phenomenal, close to everything and steps away from the tube. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend stay here, you won’t regret it!

This hotel is such a great place if you desire a classy, fancy, sophisticated, and comfy stay! The hotel is very clean, has a beautiful view, and is within central London. (FYI, parking is not great if you are driving yourself). Room service was the best we have experienced and the food was top notch! Highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful and in an amazing location. We had a lovely spacious room and stayed for few nights in December. Staff were friendly and helpful. We dined in the hotel restaurant on one night and really enjoyed it would definitely recommend. Loads of great sightseeing locally all within walking distance. Would definitely return.

Afternoon Tea experience. I booked a Groupon deal for tea in the lounge. It was well worth it. The food and service were both very good. Our server Tanya was really kind and attentive. I would definitely go back for another visit.

Great location and highly recommended. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to use a temporary room to change and leave our luggage since we arrived before the check in time. Rooms are very nice with great view of London, right in front of the London Eye Wheel. Nice neighbourhood and close to many museums, theaters and restaurants.

A beautiful old hotel with great service. Very close to Embankment station so it's easy to get anywhere in London. Staff is particularly helpful, rooms all have wonderful views of the city.

We've lodged here twice already, unquestionably one of London's premier hotels in terms of value for money. The more renowned 5-star establishments don't offer much more but come with significantly higher price tags. The architecture, ambiance (including little things like the fragrance in the lobby or the real fireplace) friendliness of stuff and amenities (like a complimentary minibar) are truly first-rate.
Undoubtedly, it boasts the ideal location for welcoming the New Year in the comfort of your hotel room. The rooms facing the London Eye not only provide a splendid view of the fireworks but also allow you to immerse yourself in the entire commentary and musical ambiance throughout the night. The sole drawback is that the windows aren't permitted to fully open due to regulations. We encountered an issue with room service once (waited for over an hour), but they extended their apologies, and ultimately, the meal was on the house. Also, finding a parking spot nearby doesn’t seem to be an easy task. Additionally, the lift control system lacks a certain intelligence, and if you rely on a wheelchair, their makeshift ramp becomes necessary. However, these are merely minor inconveniences.

If you're planning to visit London, I would highly recommend staying at the Royal Horseguard Hotel. Great price but more importantly the location. It's a walking distance to everything, our favorite thing to do every morning was a jog across Golden Jubilee Bridge, London Eye then Big Ben. After that, we stopped by the park to have some breakfast. Room was clean with everything you need, staff was excellent. We enjoyed the restaurants & bars here, we love everything about this historic hotel. I can't wait to come back!

The pictures don't match the room. The room is okay. The bathroom was cold due to a broken window. Thank goodness, the floor was heated. Water was fine but the bathroom has a mold issue. It's an okay location, depends on what you want to see.

I can not say enough nice things about this hotel. My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to London and I was lucky enough to have chosen this hotel. The location is facing the Thames and within walking distance of Big Ben, Parliament, Churchill War Rooms, Buckingham Palace and just about any other site that you would like to see. I requested an early check in(since we had flown overnight from Orlando) and although the hotel was fully booked-the front desk staff went out of their way to honor our request. Thank you, Yana! The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The heated floor and towel rack in the bathroom were a wonderful surprise since it was quite cold in London. We had afternoon tea at the hotel and service was efficient and the food was very good and there was plenty of it. Breakfast buffet was included with our package and the food, again, was very good although I would have appreciated something just a little different on the buffet everyday. I had an issue getting in touch with our transfers back to LHR and Hamia stepped in to help. The phone in the hotel wasn't able to get the transfer company and Hamia used her personal cell phone to help us. The concierge and bell staff were aways there with helpful information and tips. As a travel agent, I have very strict criteria and I can be critical when needed but I must say that there is virtually nothing at this hotel that warrants a negative comment.I cannot wait to return.

Attended for a work conference. Very short walk from Embankment station - very easy to get to. Staff very friendly. The conference rooms I went to were lovely and big and facilities were great with screens and microphones.
Food was tasty too

We had an excellent time at the Royal Horseguards Hotel.
The rooms are well appointed but on the small side, it is an older style building with a historical past that new builds can't offer.

For breakfast there was an excellent array of food with little wanting. Staff were very attentive and sometimes too eager to take your plate.

It's walking distance to many great tourist attractions,
Big Ben
Parliament House
London Eye
Westminster Abbey
Nelson's column
And even New Scotland Yard
Etc etc.

A short two minute walk to the Hop on Hop off bus.
Loads of cafe's, restaurants the tube and various shops.

When we're back in London we will certainly stay here again.

This hotel in London epitomizes timeless elegance. The service team lead by Steve and Raja exhibits unparalleled professionalism, catering to guests' needs with grace and attentiveness. Under astute management, the hotel maintains its historic charm while seamlessly integrating modern amenities. Steeped in history, this establishment was once used by the Secret Intelligence Service during World War I, adding a captivating allure to its ambiance. Whether for its historical significance, exceptional service, or luxurious accommodations, this hotel is a quintessential choice for a remarkable stay in London.
Recommend 10/10!

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Hotel is very warm and welcoming. It is well located near a lot of the key tourist attractions like Westminster abbey and Big Ben as well as the West End. Service by the staff in particular was amazing, I left a coat in the room after checking out and the front desk (Nihid) and the manager (Raoul) both went above and beyond to help me locate and recover it before my flight.
