Nicest customer rep I have ever encountered. The young man that helped me cash a cheque today was so lovely, we encountered quite a few problems between the app, the machine and finally had to go old school route but he went out of his way to help. Honestly outstanding customer service :)

Urvashi helped me to put cash into my account with the atm. She showed me what to do when notes are not taken by the machine. She was very patient and clear. All in all perfect service with a smile. Thank You Barclays & Urvashi.

Sean was absolutely excellent, so informative and efficient, the savings account you helped me open is great, I only wanted to deposit some cash and I wound up with an extra chunk of interest. A credit too your branch!

I am very pleased with David and how he handled my matter because my account was blocked.
I went to two other branches prior to Edgware Road one.

Last Friday I spent hours and hours inside the branch; I had to cancel two appointments (including my dentist's) but the outcome was brilliant, they did listen to me and acted accordingly. Very very positive.

My advice is to plan in advance and be prepared if you would like to come to this branch as they will be a long waiting time which is expected due to a lot of customer flow.
The staff are friendly and willing to help as far as possible.

I visited Barclays Bank Branch on the Edgware Road just before Christmas on a late afternoon, I was in a hurry. Only one queue, served by only one employee who had to try to ‘alternate’ between clients who would normally be self-serving. A longer waiting time ensued for us in the queue who actually needed help. Fortunately for me a bright young employee, Sean, popped up out of the blue, he helped me immediately and efficiently and thus saved my day. I would like to especially recommend him for his initiative, efficiency, as well as friendly and polite demeanour. U. Turner

We needed to withdraw money with a german Maestro Card... in germany we werr told, that there won't be any trouble... however the card did not work inside the Bank, so an employee walked with us to the ATM outside, beeing super friendly and watching out for us until we had what we needed. God bless this guy, 5 Stars for him!

Team at Barclays is amazing, helped me with a bereavement three years ago, even though I was very young and knew nothing about banking. There is a particular manager, I wish I had his name, who remembered my face and was extremely kind and comforting. Never had a problem with this bank, excellent staff.
