Deal of the Day Holidays

From the get go, everything went wrong…. Never use this company as they don’t seem to understand what you’re saying. I’ve booked a holiday and they said they were ‘too busy booking a holiday for someone else’ and wouldn’t listen to us… me and my partner are going away for 10 nights and they’ve only given us 1 suitcase there and back?! Actually so sad I even bothered… lesson learned always use NORMAL website!!!

Said they would refund on the phone as the deal I had booked was actually sold out and they couldn't honour it. They tried to up sell me more expensive deals which I declined. I have received no refund and they are not responded to any emails - I have reported them to trading standards!
