*You can also get £5 off when dropping unwanted shoes off(no matter what brand/condition). My friend left her old trainers there , which were going to end in the bin anyway, and walked out with her new trainers and a fiver off her bill x

I was served by jack today, and he was extremely helpful and kind and got me exactly the shoes I wanted. He was even nice enough to fill up my water bottle for me without me asking because I mentioned I was thirsty! Great experience, cheers jack :)

My Sketchers developed a fault after 4 months. Customer services told me to return to any store to appraise the shoe. When checked by a friendly store guy, he immediately said it was a component failure he would arrange a replacement. None in store, so he arranged replacement pair to be sent. Arrived next day.
Excellent service all round.

I came in earlier today with my friend to buy some shoes. We were taken care of by a lovely man, his name was hamza. He assisted us and made sure that we had the correct shoe sizes as well as making us feel very comfortable. The vibe of the store was lovely and friendly and we left with a pair of trainers as well as having a lovely conversation with the young man. Very happy with the costumer service.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after two very positive experiences at the Schuh store on Oxford Street, I’ve got to acknowledge the friendly and knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Both times I found shoes I use regularly; both times the staff (and in one instance, a manager) made me feel genuinely welcome. Would return for future shoe buys.

Just want to say you have the best service on Saturday. All staff had a smile and were quick to help .. quite a contrast to the Office store next door !! Spent my £75 with you. Thank you.

Lovely shop, customer service was excellent, I reserved some shoes and the lady asked for my name and within 5 minutes they were brought out to me, I didn't even have to go the till as they have hand held card readers to take payment, and another thing that was a nice touch is the box that the shoes came in had my name on it, something I've never seen before. Cool store.

Went into the oxford street branch today and found what i was looking for with Nolas help. She was friendly and attentive and approachable. Thank you Nola for your service, i came in for a sold out pair for my sister and left with a pair of trainers for myself instead :)

Great variety of shoes and styles, and good price range. I especially congratulate the warranty service and the way they were able to find my purchase from months before (faulty shoe after few months). The original price was converted to buy a better model with no problem, even though I bought it in a different country.
