Frankie & Benny's

A restaurant located in London and easy to access the iconic place from there. Food and drink are amazing. There are different cuisine in one restaurant and you will be available to order upon your request. My favorite dish was English Breakfast. Highly recommend and must visit . Friendly staff and clean environment

I visited here with my Brother and Husband. The food was delicious as always. I miss the Norwich branch! Staff were friendly and approachable. I was able to use my blue light card.

The team was really friendly and kind, the food and the drinks were super delicious. If we are back in London we would totally eat here again.

Even though it was very busy, we got seated quite quickly and served straight away. Very good service, friendly polite staff, food tasty and hot and not a long time to wait for it either, definitely will go again

The food was great but our highlight was Conchita, she was amazing - friendly, kind, quick, even made us laugh so much and recommended the best dessert! Next time I visit, I hope to see her again.

Delicious family style restaurant! The food is not terrific but feels like a meal I would eat at Christmas dinner. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and would definitely bring my family there again.

Walking around London at 10pm, when most places have closed, we find Frankie and Benny's. The steak was amazing. It was cooked medium well and you can taste the grilled flavor which made a difference. The Chicken Parm was very good also and the cheesy garlic bread. But most of all, Conchita our server was very friendly, helpful, and personable. I would definitely eat here again. God bless.

Really the best place we’ve been eating on our Holiday in London. Great staff, really American vibe on service (keeps checking in if all good or anything needed). Food was great from starter to dessert. We went on the Strand, London spot. Would come back when we visit London!

Absolutely love F&B! The service was great. Our server was friendly, polite, and smiling. Was always checking In on us to make sure we had enough drinks etc.

Izabela is a excellent server. She has good knowledge about food, ingredients, allergies. Izabela advised us about our meals according to our preferences. I never met so experienced server.

We had been to the theatre and made a late visit to Frankie and Benny's. Despite it being almost closing time the staff were welcoming and cheerful.

We were shown to our seats, given a menu and left to make up our minds.

When the member of staff came to take our order we were offered additional water without asking.

I had a new York pizza, my wife had pasta and we shared a bottle of red wine.

The food was good, freshly prepared and hot. We were offered an opportunity to taste the wine, and not rushed through the process. Despite the restaurant being busy the member of staff found time to check everything was fine a couple of times.

The bill came in a funny mobile phone type device, and we struggled to know what to do with it, wondering if it was a payment device. The staff member came to our rescue and brought a card machine.

A solid 5 stars, good food post-theatre, not too expensive by London standards (I adapted quickly) an available table and exceptional service...

Had a wonderful dinner thanks to Atta, and the entire team at the covent garden restaurant! My husband had a gluten free beer and burger and I had regular ones - we felt so welcomed by his attentive and thoughtful service! Would definitely come back!

Had breakfast here on Sunday, April 28. Loved our waitress!! Had porridge, avo toast with poached eggs and beans on the side. 2 cups of strong flat white. Everything was perfect, especially our waitress 🥰

We came to this Frankie and Benny's two nights in a row, because our first night was really good and we had such great service. Both nights, our waiters were very nice and checked in on us throughout the night. The food is always really good, especially the cheesy garlic pizza bread, which I thought was incredible.
The service was quick, the food was hot and tasty, our drinks were also great.
Overall, we were very happy with everything. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic place to eat, suitable for local theatre visits. First time visiting this chain, found friendly service and great food in a convenient location. So we came back the next night!

Nice, warm restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and a big drinks and food menu. We got a great service from Atta! Definitely recomend it 😃
