Wouldn't trust anywhere else with my car. Have taken all 3 of my cars here over the years and have always felt like they were honest with me. When my last car died in the middle of the road and it was time to scrap, they were with us within 40 mins to tow away and didn't charge the earth. I took the car I have in now as it was making an awful rattle and they tightened up a loose fitting underneath free of charge and were even kind enough to drop it back to me as I would have struggled to pick it up within opening hours. Would recommend this garage to anyone needing a trustworthy, reliable and friendly business.

Took my Rav4 to this Garage today as one of the rear splash covers had worked loose. I was seen straight away and explained the problem to them. They fixed the issue whilst I waited. This is without doubt one of the best experiences I have had in terms of car repairs. I had never used this Garage before but will certainly do so again. I f you care about your car I would recommend you take it here. You'll be pleased you did.

Took my Motorhome to Arnold garage to investigate a possible steering/driveshaft issue. The garage gave it a really thorough look at and found nothing wrong. Felt reassured by this. Found the staff professional. Honest and courteous. Also good to see other motorhomes being worked on. A real hive of activity. Highly recommend Arnold Garage and will definitely be using them in future for our Motorhome servicing.

Fantastic service from the guys at Arnold Garage, I needed my van MOTd urgently and they were able to fit me in the next day. No fuss and very friendly.

My car was taken here by my breakdown recovery on Sunday. Messaged them through their website and got a reply on the Sunday. By the time they opened and l rang my car was already on ramp and before 9.30 I'd had a quote for repairs and work was underway. That's what I can service. Whilst replacing my starter motor they noticed a few loose engine bolts so fixed that too at no extra charge. Great service and will definitely be my go to garage now. Thank you.

Took my car for its first MOT.....no fuss, no bother...left it for three quarters of an hour..they txt me when it was done and the car was out in the yard, facing the Gate..
All of my family use this garage, highly recommended..

Had a text reminder in good time to tell me my MOT was due, which was fantastic, as it had skipped my mind!

Was then able to use their online booking system, which was incredibly easy and efficient to use :0)

Upon taking my car there the owner (Carl) was extremely polite and courteous towards me, upon booking my car in.

My car did unfortunately fail its MOT, due to a bulb, but this wasn't any surprise to me, as my car is quite old.

Permission was gained to go ahead with the repair and I collected my car 20 minutes later :0)

The repair itself was very reasonable, which included a new bulb and alignment :0)

Therefore, I feel very confident that I will never be taken advantage of either (with regards to repairs) as I feel that this company is EXTREMELY trustworthy.

So, I would thoroughly, thoroughly recommend this garage (especially that I am a female) as I am always welcomed and made to feel at ease there and know that I will be dealt with fairly.

Lovely professional staff,can't do enough for you. I would recommend them to anyone. If you have a problem with your car,they will sort it for you. And the prices are very competitive.

Was told by a family member my front brake pads needed doing, the garage could have took advantage and changed them, but phoned me up after checking them to tell me I had more than 50% left on the pads. So when I'm due a service, will bring to these guys, recommend them. Thank you

I'm going to give them 5 stars because the guy who runs it is honest and very likeable.

However I need to feedback to you that I took my astra because it was rocking when idling. You got three fault codes, fuel trim, map sensor and misfire. This is caused by an old seal round the rocker cover or the manifold behind the rocker cover. I have changed it myself it was 13 bolts. I am just saying because you should do this next time. It was really easy and I didn't have to go to vauxhall dealer like you suggested. So next time the advice should be to change the rocker cover. You can see the map sensor is taking readings so that's not faulty. Like I say you deserve 5 star because you're honest and you've got a professional operation going.

Phoned up Tuesday booked in for today and repairs done. Excellent price, great service. Just what you need in a garage.

Got my MOT done here - great service

I booked my car online to have the suspension fixed and these guys were great. Berry efficient, reasonable price and I feel like they can be trusted which is excellent.

I contacted Arnold Garage as I'd just got home and noticed my tyre going down. I rang them and they sent someone out within half an hour (I only live round the corner) to put my spare on.
They took my tyre back to inspect it and called me an hour later to say I'd need a new one. They ordered it straight away and it was fitted the very next day.

The staff were all really friendly, helpful and helped me when I needed it!

Will definitely be going back for anything else I need!

Thanks to the lovely staff at Arnold garage for sorting our ceased brake on our campervan , on a bank holiday weekend . Our Easter break was saved all thanks to the lovely helpful staff .
We also use this garage routinely for our work vehicles, highly recommended .
